Disini saya mahu berkongsi sedikit cerita tentang seorang melayu yang asal usulnya pemandu lori yang bermajikan cina.
Setelah lebih 10 tahun memandu lori, atas galakan Tun mahu orang melayu bangkit dan berjaya, berbekalkan sedikit modal, pada tahun 1997, beliau telah membeli sebuah lori untuk memulakan perniagaan. Begitupun, ramai yang memberi respon negatif tentang usaha beliau. Dan kebanyakan respon negatif itu diberi oleh rakan sebangsa beliau sendiri.

Hari ini, beliau telah membuktikan yang anak melayu juga boleh berjaya, malah boleh bersaing dengan kaum cina. Kini beliau telah memiliki sebanyak 10 buah lori. Kebanyakan pelanggan beliau juga merupakan kaum cina.

Ayahanda Tun yang dikasihi,
Saya merasa bangga dengan beliau yang juga merupakan orang tua saya. Malah sehingga ke hari ini, beliau tak habis2 menyatakan bahawa punca utama beliau memulakan perniagaan ini adalah kerana atas galakan ayahanda Tun sendiri.

Semoga Allah mengurniakan kesihatan yang baik kepada ayahanda Tun sekeluarga.

What is your point however? We were talking more about Msia? I am not fully aware of human right conditions factually so I cant comment on that.

Yes, I get your point. Lets be grateful for whatever we have in life. If we are not as well off, there is much more in life to be content with rather than constantly comparing with someone else. I totally get that. But you are disregarding the point that kita ni bukan nak kutuk FOR THE SAKE of it. I have brought up valid points as to why we can do so much more. Yes, that is the same reason my Indian friends give as well. We are still fresh off of independence. If that is the reasoning you would want to share, then fine. THere is nothing wrong in that. I am just saying I wouldnt take that approach. You confuse gratefulness with other things such as critiscm. When we criticize public edu, doesnt mean we are ungrateful. I am a product of the government schools. I am saying based on my experience and through other friends, it can change.

People, you are prolly wondering why am I still sticking around here after getting bombarded constantly by you people. I am choosing to listen to both sides. I want to see facts. NOT HOT AIR. I suggest ppl do the same as well. As a voter, we should be informed from both sides. Thank you

Pada pendapat saya, kaitan bangsa dan bisness memang tidak boleh dielakkan. Spt yang kita tahu bangsa melayu sememangnya agak lemah dalam penguasaan ekonomi dari dulu hingga sekarang berbanding bangsa cina di Malaysia.
Sekiranya kerajaan tidak memberikan “keistemewaan” kepada bangsa melayu sudah tentu keadaan menjadi tidak seimbang. Wujudnya monopoli oleh kaum tertentu dalam sesuatu bidang cthnya perniagaan dan pertanian.

we are developing people. we should be proud on what we have and what we have achieved.

we no need to care what develop countries have achieved.

Juks. we only merdeka just over 50 yers.
but with just 50 yers we are better compared to other develop countries. that how i look it.

you cannot compare a 50 yer graduated old man with 25 yers young people just like that.

If the young man can invent something compared to the old man, the young man should got the credit.

my english is poor. but i still proud cause i can write and speak english compared to other developing countries people. please note that the queen of england is not my cousin, my mother and father are poor malays and i am a pity poor kampung malay boy which oppurtunities that you want to steal before.

Kenapa tak tegur orang tua who can spit venom and say things like worm in my brain, DAPig. Lepas tu, bring old wise cracks like sapa makan cili pedas and whatnot. This is the world we live in. You either play the game or you dont. In terms of kutuk universities, it happens everywhere. I wont use a strong word such as kutuk. But universities here pride themselves on being the best and constantly try to achieve for more. International companies are also extremely picky. Yes, I can sit in a lower university and pat my back. The truth is, companies judge alot on which unis you have attended. They come and hire students from their penultimate years. This is reality and we have to face facts. Those who sit at a lower uni are alr at a disadvantage. Why do you think ppl spend 30 000gbp sending their kids abroad. Its an investment. Something hopefully you can recoup back in future when you secure yourself a decent job. I am not saying our uni is terrible. I am saying look at the stats. Lets re-address those issues. But ppl here are content sitting in the same spot. And when others bring up the issue, dahlah, ungrateful and all sorts. Next, dont tell me that our local uni has created many great professionals. Yes, true I wont deny that. But you also need to look at how much more other unis have created in return. It is a competitive world we live in today. Ni bukan just about looking at our own neighbours or country. We gotta start looking internationally. Its the same as bola sepak as well. I support our Harimau Malaya. But in the international stages dulu, if the performance is not even up to par, what do you say to that? This is about eating humble pie and acknowledging that right, there is much to do.
