TOTAL VISITORS FROM 2008:

1MDB 120

Sudahkah cukai pendapatan dibayar? Kepada Kerajaan mana?

With Malaysia Ringgit depreciated to SGD1=RM3, what Malaysia Boleh you are excited about? Moreover your kind is real thick skin, you need assistance and protection from authority in ordet to get in public uni, scholarship, business. Look at the companies rub by your kind, which one is not failed and needs govt bailout like MAS, Proton, Bank Bumiputra, and now 1MDB. Pls remember all those money utilized are people hard earned money.

It is typical of your kind shamelessly said Singapore is a failed state. SG Changi airport is ranked numbet one every year. SG Airlines are top ranked as well as SG public universities. Where do Malaysians uni, airline, airport stands in world ranking? SG corruption index is among the world best. GDP per capita is many times of Malaysia thanks to their strong and stable currency. Dont you see your kind cross the causeway to earn SGD? Arent they considered pekerja asing in your word? Malaysia is tainted with corruption and institutions failure to uphold justice. Isnt that a shame to be Malaysian now? Malaysia has abundance of natural resources but we are poorer thar a tiny island that was expelled 50 years ago

Your kind like you is really thick skin and shamelessly called your kind boleh. Like Pak Lah used to said, you need crutchers to walk and your mindset and attitude dont change, you will need a wheelchair to move around soon.

    Salam Tun,
    Semoga dirahmati,
    Terserlah Kebodohan mereka…
    “Terlajak Bodoh…”

A word of explanation why Malaysians Boleh is place after Malays Boleh. Not too long ago, the senior syce of the Singaporean Trojan Horse DAP expressed that it is alright if he is appointed the 2nd or 3rd Deputy Prime Minister. Hence, it is self-explanatroy.

    Tun

My many thanks to KJ and his Youths from the UMNO Youth for stimulating my simple brain to provide answers. All these have been fulfilled. Thanks again to their brave and courageous initiative.

Your honour, integrity and achievements are now assured for all time or forever.

However, it suddenly dawned on me that the greatest legacy you and Tun Dr Siti Hasmah can give to Humankind is the creation of a FOUNDATION FOR THE WORLD’S CHILDREN WITH ITS PATRON, DATUK MARINA MAHATHIR overseeing this distinguished Blogsite and it famous Brand Name to begin with. Eventually in due course, from a gung-ho political one it melds into a gung-ho social media in the sole interests of the suffering children from around the World.

I hope this little idea appeals to you and Tun Dr Siti Hasmah as all doctors are warm and compassionate in their hearts from the the beginning to the end. I was inspired by Dr Albert Schweitzer of the Gabon when I was a teenager.

For starters, just a little box placed in this distinguished Blog for the donations will do the needful with the description, for ‘ The Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad and Tun Dr Siti Hasmah Mohd. Ali Foundation for the World’s Children.’ There is a saying, ‘ A little grain of sand will make a mountain. A small drop of water will create a mighty ocean.’

I am confident that this wonderful Foundation for the World’s Children will succeed and go from strength to strength in the years ahead. After all, it is the children or the children of the World who will give us hope and hope for World peace, harmony and stability.

A World’s first originating from our beloved Malaysia and her Rakyat !

MALAYSIA BOLEH ! MALAYS BOLEH ! MALAYSIANS BOLEH ! THE TUN DR MAHATHIR MOHAMAD AND TUN DR SITI HASMAH BINTI MOHD. ALI FOUNDATION FOR THE WORLD’S CHILDREN BOLEH ! If only this Foundation has RM 42 Billions in its coffers, how much good can be done for the World’s suffering children !

Are’nt we all children once upon a time, free from bigotism, racism, evil thoughts etc ?

  8. mubarakchan Apr 15,2015 1:33 AM

    Tun

How quickly the fortunes of the great and mighty turned in a jiffy in our beloved Malaysia ! Here is a list of headlines today in the less popular political Blogs :

    1. ‘Jho Low a coward fumes UMNO MP’.

    2. ‘ UMNO Youth trains its guns on Jho Low.’

    3. ‘Investigate Jho Low over 1 MDB.’

    4. ‘Spin Masters, UMNO Youth wants Jho Low probed over 1MDB.’

With such a preponderance of headlines highlighting the activities of just one person by the Youths of UMNO Youth, there is now a case for a holistic (I copy) into the most prominent individual involved in this titanic caper, 1MDB.

I am of the opinion that more information should be derived from Jho Low himself like

    1. Has he given wrong or half-past six advice.
    2. From reports, he seems to be the key man in the caper.
    3. Has he got any credentials at all.
    4. Who paid for all the orgies ?
    5. Family and professional histories of his cohorts eg. Seet of Singapore, etc.
    6. His banking accounts around the World. A before and after picture would be a good insight.
    7. Jho Low should be in Malaysia for the proposed investigation as suggested by the Youths of UMNO Youth.

This 1MDB caper is now an open book. Thanks to the Youths of UMNO Youth. Well-done !

MALAYSIA BOLEH ! MALAYS BOLEH ! MALAYSIANS BOLEH !

    Dear Tun,

Good evening. When you left the cabinet we anticipated that the country will be going down drain when you appointed Badawi, you save the country by removing him and hand it to Najib. He turns out to be the worst of the lot. While you were running the country we were known for good reasons, but now for all the bad reasons. Please come back and do another round of cleaning and hand over the country to a right person from Umno (if there still one) or venture out and guide one to run the country as were before from your time. Please take over soon.

Salam YAB & Yg diKasihi Tun,

Terima kasih kembali Saudara Hj. Amin Tan (March 25, 2015 at 1:37 PM).

    Terima kasih Tun.

*** Semoga Allah SWT sentiasa melindungi Tun sekeluarga. ***

Terdengar pengurusan 1MDB mengaitkan Tanah sebagai Cagaran
Amat saya rasa mengambil senang tanpa berikhtiar
Ini dasar pemalas dan tidak bertanggung jawab

Inilah permikiran Kerajaan Melayu Permikiran Orang Melayu umumnya
Mereka mengambil senang tidak bertanggung jawap seolah
    Pergadaian Tanah selesai semua masaalah

Hilang Tanah Hilanglah Hak Hilanglah Kuasa

Product bolih dijual beli besok lusa ia bolih berbuah lagi
Tanah tidak bolih beranak atau berbuah lagi

Harap Kerajaan Malaysia prihatin tentang pengurusan Tanah

Sometimes I think deeply, I really do not want to vote bn at all. Just read the comments from amin tan and hajar make me wonder why should the authority be kind to them? they come here to cari makan, and they sh.t here, but they dont vote here, did you see us buat kacau in their states? The reality is 70 percent of the world population will be centered in urban cities, therefore, the rule of law must be very precise, clear cut and simple to understand. This is a secular country whereby the state sultan to take turn to be the agong in every 5 years. I dont know tok det, almost 99 percent of the civil servants are malay, and even umno has the largest group of members in the country. You worked your whole life to make malaysia a better place, but at the same time, you are afraid of umno loosing votes. So much of the public fund wasted to groom bumiputra via giving them fish but never let them have the chance to learn fishing skill. as democracy mature, voters will be less influence by political parties. In the next 20 years, is umno going to continue with ketuanan melayu like their are holier than other religions?

Kelihatan Kerajaan Malaysia sekarang mengambil pengdekatan urusan mentakbir Negara
    seperti Singapura

Cukai harta, cukai pendapatan ,cukai perniagaan ramai Rakyat Malaysia menggelak
    termasuk saya juga
Jadi bagai mana Kerajaan perlu berfungsi effectively
Sampaikan 1 MDB Kerajaan Malaysia sampai nak bergadai Tanah

  17. ilioni Mar 26,2015 7:45 AM

    Salam Tun,

It can’t get any worse than this.. Everything is on auto-pilot. Everyone say what they want without having to be responsible for what they said. Today I flip, tomorrow I flop.. What’s the big deal! Let me start showing what I mean and I am glad to be pointed wrong in my observations!

    1. Financial
    – First they said it was paid using the reclaimed its reclaim fund from Cayman Islands, now the story change again! How can we trust what these guys are saying! It looks like nowadays billion doesn’t seem to be such a big number after all.

Now minister claims Ananda Krishnan’s Tanjong helped 1MDB settle RM2b loan

    2. Cost of Living
    – First, deputy PM requested Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD) to postpone their fare hike. Few days later, taxi price hike to still go ahead.. Bravo! To be fair, at least express bus and KTM price hike is deferred. So, what’s the effect of these policies. It indirectly encourages people to drive rather than promoting public transport.

Cabinet instructs SPAD to postpone fare hike
Nancy: Government agrees to taxi fare hike

    3. Education
    – According to our Education Minister cum Deputy PM, he is surprise why we are not on par with their foreign counterparts. Obviously, there is something very wrong with WHERE AND HOW the big budget is spent. Recently, deputy education minister is urging on our students to be more “proactive”. Obviously, it is the responsibility of the parents, teachers and the headteachers to lead and guide our new generation.

“Malaysian students are surprisingly not on par with their foreign counterparts, despite the nation having one of the biggest budget allocations for education worldwide, said Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin.”

Muhyiddin: Malaysian students surprisingly below par
Kamalanathan calls on students to be proactive in improving English proficiency

    4. Public security
    – Recently, our beloved IGP just issued a statement that our public security is getting better. He can’t be serious..

Crimes reduced by 12 percent in 2014, says IGP

However, let’s take a look at these and just go around and ask people on the street and they will most likely tell you the truth. Again, I wonder if we live in two totally different world… With implementation of GST and with more and more desperate people, it will just get worse rather than better…. Haitz…..

    Pictures tell a thousand stories.
    Mugged, beaten and bruised
    Woman killed after witnessing murder

    Assalamualaikum Tun,

Tusyen anak pun kena GST jugak… Memang tak lena la tidoq chek..

    Dear Tun,
Please allow me to thank Hajar for supporting my 8 points of reasons(dalil) the government should abandon GST for the sake of the people, government and country.
I hereby urge the government not to be arrogant and just find some excuse to cancel GST.
GST IS NOT GOOD not us. On the contrary, it will contribute to the downfall of the present government and bring about anarchy to our society. Please do not take the road of the anarchy.

    Salam Tun,

DAP and PAS are engaged in open war and the deceitful LGE is still playing politics trying to isolate Hj Hadi from the party.
What sinister motives behind the move can be traced to Mat Syabu the DAP darling. This is the ‘politik dunia’ that some bastards are playing. PAS supporters are taken for a ride and made to look like fools.
HUDUD is here to stay. This shows to the world that Malaysia is an exemplary Muslim country ( ouch some people seems offended!)
Those Malays who don’t support Hudud can be called Melayu sial, especially the PKR leadership and the 3 stupid deluded Malay girls in DAP.

Thank you for explaining to me tentang Hukum Allah, abang musato. Who burnt Quran? I am pretty is from pro-BN supporters.

Just wanna say one more thing to mubarak chan, you favored corruptionas as if you are still living in the past glory does not mean that I must vote you. is the kongsi formulae of bn relevant today? If it works, then they shouldnt be so many man made disasters happened in the country. If it works, bn will not support hukum hudud to divide the country into pieces.

Mubarak chan, either bn pays the price today, or tomorrow.Stop exploring new trades will only make bn weaker. Dont forget, malaysia relies bilateral trade to earn back what we lost in forex via depeg of rm against us dollar.

    Assalamualaikum Tun,

Saya pernah belajar ‘forensic accounting’ dan selalunya penipuan atau ‘fraud’ yang terbongkar hanyalah ‘the tip of the iceburg’.

Salam YAB & Yg diKasihi Tun,

    1. Saya sokong pendapat Saudara Hj. Amin Tan @ http://chedet.cc/?p=1613#comment-122280, March 22, 2015 at 11:56 AM.

Satu contoh kesan GST.

Terima kasih Tun. Saya doakan Tun dipanjangkan usia untuk terus menyumbang.

*** Semoga Allah SWT sentiasa melindungi Tun sekeluarga. ***

    Assalamualaikum Tun.

Mahupun Allahyarham Nik Abdul Aziz.

Bersyukurlah dengan apa yang kita ada. Berusahalah untuk diri sendiri dan keluarga.

    Terima kasih Tun.

    Dear Sir,

1MDB are fully supported by all rakyats, the voters, all BN components parties (majority of leaders and members) and the truth facts is making lots of money, nothing goes wrong with 1MDB

I assumed that already answered your concern and the government has responded diligently through each channels of media

Does the low income group really cares about 1MDB? Almost 80% Bumiputeras are representing this group

The poor does not care about pollutions, climate changes and 1MDB

Surprisingly enough their loyalty to vote for government in every elections is undivided

So to say the 1MDB issue will bring down the Prime Minister is only a perception and not true

Rampant mega projects for commercial and residential with price tag more than half millions ringgit worrying me so much

These projects are meant for other races and foreigners with superior purchase power than a Malay

Malay are politically marginalized, as you said ” kita tak pandai tolak permintaan orang”

In the next 10 years this mega city will be fulled by other races and foreigners and take total control in economic and political decision in the area

The Malay will be squeezed out and live in the jungle

The increased cost of living added to make things worst to the Malay

In my opinion, GST is not necessary as Malaysia is full of natural sources which generate revenues to government to run the country

In countries that not fortunate as Malaysia, GST is an income to the government

    Our border are so porous

More than a million PATI moved freely in and out of country, some breeding among themselves, some breeding locals

They prosper and some become millionaire

For years we cannot managed this PATI, maybe we do not have capable person or we lack of technology or we are not consistent and serious

The social problem they created is a burden to this country

I do hope phase by phase the locals will replaced them in all industries and they are better managed and traceable

The upward trend now is too dependable on foreigners, not only in workforce where unskilled and uneducated PATI are robbing the locals opportunity, the white collar too are choosing foreigners

We still have a mindset that the “White Rajah” is more superior than us

Corporate sectors, government advisors and even in sports, the “White Rajah” obviously choosen in a driving seat

  38. HBT456 Mar 22,2015 11:51 PM

Zakat or gst, ibnu mukmin should know the consequences. it is better off for you to face the world rather than fixing things up via corruption, I mean lobby. Salam Tun.

Read below – the reason 1MDB moeny is parked in Singapore, perhaps..
Singapore must have been stealing from Malaysia Taxes from many year by this means…

If we can block this perhaps we do not need GST. Any way PM says GST is not suppose to increase the daily essentials. BUT WHAT WE ARE GETTING NOW IS PRACTICALLY EVERY THING HAS GONE UP AND WITH GST IMPLEMENTED MORE HAVE BEEN SAID WILL GO UP…WHAT IS THIS?

We do not mind GST BUT WE AS HELL OPPOSE INCREASE IN COST OF LIVING. IF GST IS GOING TO BE THE REASON FOR THESE WE – ALL CITIZENS – WILL OPPOSE IT….IF PM DON’T BELIEVE WAIT FOR NEXT GE. WHEN IT WILL BE TOO LATE.

    Singapore
Singapore is more than just a shining city state, a place of untrammelled commerce and cleanliness, and the jewel of Asia’s economic miracle. It is a tax haven that presents an ever-increasing menace to Australia’s revenue base and future prosperity.

“Robbing us blind” would be another way to put it.

Singapore risk is on the rise, according to documents obtained under Freedom of Information from the Australian Tax Office by advocacy group Tax Justice Network:

Singapore is a popular tax haunt. Photo: AFP
“Our links with Asia – and risks associated with low tax jurisdictions – are reflected in the large and growing numbers of related entities in Singapore and Hong Kong, while established havens … such as Bermuda and British Virgin Islands continue to be utilised,” says one internal Tax Office document.

The documents are heavily redacted but there is enough data to get the picture. “The top five countries for transfers of intangible property are USA, Singapore, Japan, Switzerland and Ireland.”

Then there are the transfers of money, billions every year. By now, Singapore may have even knocked off Switzerland as the No. 1 tax haven for Australian business.

    Illustration: Michael Mucci.
“In 2012 there were 7834 International Dealing Schedules lodged by taxpayers in Australia covering international related party dealings (IRPD) totalling $272 billion. Singapore accounted for around 33 per cent of total IRPD expenditure. Switzerland accounted for around 35 per cent.”

The significance of these “related party dealings” is that companies are selling more to themselves than ever. You can charge yourself interest too, so when the loan from yourself from overseas is big enough, you can shift hundreds of millions of dollars a year to yourself in another jurisdiction and scarper out of income tax here.

Singapore is fastidious about its reputation but it’s time it was called what it is. On the Tax Justice Network’s global secrecy rankings, the city state sits just one rung below the infamous Cayman Islands as the world’s fifth most secretive place. Jersey is at 9 and Bermuda at 14.

The Tax Office documents also canvass the threat of inducements: “Foreign governments offering tax holidays and incentives to promote the movement of certain business functions to their country (eg the Economic Development Board in Singapore).”

The corporate tax rate in Singapore is 17 per cent, compared with 30 per cent in Australia, but 17 per cent is merely the headline rate. If you push enough business their way they will tax you 5 per cent or 10 per cent. If you move your headquarters there you may pay zero.

    Rise of the marketing hub

So it is that Australian and multinational companies operating in this country have been setting up “marketing hubs” in Singapore in their droves. BHP and Rio were pioneers of the Singapore marketing hub. Our third largest miner, Swiss group Glencore, is hard on their heels.

In 2010, Glencore Coal Investments Australia sold 10 per cent of its coal to related Glencore entities. That rose to 16 per cent the following year, through 27 per cent to 46 per cent of its $4.3 billion in sales in 2013.

A Fairfax investigation found that at the same time Glencore was quickly moving to sell almost half its coal to itself, it was also setting up a slew of marketing companies in Singapore.

According to the TJN, Singapore does not require that company accounts be available on public record, nor does it require that company ownership details are publicly available online, nor even that companies maintain their ownership details in official records – so there is no clear picture of what is going on.

However, it must be tempting for companies in general to sell products and resources cheaply from Australia to Singapore then jack up the price on the next leg of the global trip, as both profits and royalty payments can be minimised.

In the case of the oil majors Chevron and Shell, which make revenue in the tens of billions in Australia but register little in the way of profits income tax, is it a coincidence that their trading operations in Singapore are so fabulously profitable?

Mind you, Singapore has been veritably, historically, a trading hub for oil. What it has never been is a large trading partner for real goods. It is no small irony that China is our largest trading partner but when it comes to related party transactions, China is tiny compared with Singapore.

It should be said that all is fair in tax and war. Australia’s corporate tax rate is almost double Singapore’s headline rate. The business lobby is right to a point in calling for a lower tax rate in Australia.

The fact remains that if multinationals paid their fair share and if the Tax Office stamped out uncommercial, tax-driven transactions, this could be achieved. The playing field for business would be levelled in the process, and the budget would be repaired. Yet the business lobby continues to act like the one-trick pony, calling for

lower rates but failing to call for profit shifting to be policed more effectively.

As for Singapore, the ask-no-questions culture that made it a hub for smuggling activity in colonial times persists to this day. Only technology has changed, rendering capital flows faster.

    Dear Tun,

    Fall of Thatcher
The riot in central London did much to contribute to the downfall of Margaret Thatcher, who resigned as Prime Minister on November 28th the same year 1989. The national opposition to the poll tax (especially vehement in the North of England and Scotland) was the major factor; an opinion poll had found 78% opposed to it. John Major, who succeeded Thatcher, announced that the tax would be abolished.

    amin tan

  43. amin tan Mar 22,2015 11:56 AM

    Dear Tun,

    1. what is the idea of the government wanting to make so much money by implementing GST? We know that inflation will follow swiftly by at least 6%, and could be by 30%. The attention and negative backlash would be greater as everyone is busy condemning GST. It is not just simply the increase of 6% on all prices, but the man hour and the management to implement and enforcement may cause resentment and anger.

    2. Margaret Thatcher lost her election to Labour after she introduced poll tax in Britain.

    3. Tun Abdullah Badawi’s government lost 5 states to the opposition during March 8, 2008 General Election because the government increased patrol price by 40 %, 2 months before the election.

Pak lah needed large sums of money to build corridors of development all over the country.

    4. It is said that Malaysia credit rating would improve from junk to c if we implement GST. The credit rating to borrow money? As Tun Dr Mahathir had said the money we borrow is not our money. We have to pay back the money plus interest which is forbidden in islam. All expenditure whether on investment or consumption, if the money/capital is borrowed it is not prudent and judicious.

    5. Recent developments and the leakages of government transactions, secrets plus exaggeration and propaganda by the opposition make the government look irresponsible, wasteful and incompetent.

    6. What is the difference between GST 6% and the government just print 6% of fiat money just like the American General Easing.?

    7. I would like to urge the government not to proceed with the gst, meaning cancel GST altogether and present to the people a happy ending. If the government is adamant to go ahead with GST and burden the people with the yoke of GST, at least defer the implementation until after GE14 in 2018.

    8. The negative effects of GST would be inflation. It would be a burden on the fixed income earners like private sectors and government workers.

For the moment Malaysia does not need any grand or mega projects to create employment opportunities because we already have full employment. At the moment we have 3 millions foreign labour in the country. Wallah alam.

Tertanya pula kenapa DAP menolak ISA & Sedition sedangkan abang mereka masih kuat menganutnya ?
UMNO doperbodohkan dan begitu juga tujuan mereka menolak Hudud seumpama Malaysia bukan identiti Melayu & Islam
    PAS juga akan di Perbodohkan
Kerajaan UMNO Parlimen perlu luluskan suara PAS

    Assalamualaikum, Tun.

Salam YAB & Yg diKasihi Tun,

    1MDB

    1. Nampaknya Pembangkang suka PM Najib @ Ah Jib Gor untuk terus jadi Presiden UMNO walaupun beliau lemah dan gagal menangani banyak isu/masaalah negara termasuk isu 1MDB. Sebabnya mudah; beliau senang diperkotak-katik & digertak oleh Pembangkang supaya menuruti kehendak mereka.

Lain2 pemimpin (Menteri2/Ketua2 Bahagian) bukan main lagi ber-SO-LI-DA-RI-TI tanpa tahu fakta sebenar.

    Terima kasih Tun.

*** Semoga Allah SWT sentiasa melindungi Tun sekeluarga. ***

    Assalamualaikum, Tun.

Isu 1MDB melibatkan soal pengurusan kewangan serius Negara kita.

    Rakyat ingin lihat:

Semoga-moga Negara kita kekal diberkati Allah SWT.

  53. Hang Jebat Derhaka Mar 20,2015 9:34 AM

    Assalamualaikum,

Kini kita semakin meniru negara2 maju. Tahukah anda rakyat meraka saban hari semakin tertekan.

Kelihatan Pemikiran Pemimpin Melayu, Pemikiran orang Melayu
Malaysia Land Must Not be For Sale
No Land No more Malaysia No more Melayu

Bukan macam PakLah tu , dah bersara Relax one corner

Ini perbezaannya, Ini Ketulinan Pemimpin yg Sejati
Terima Kasih Tun Mahathir………..You my Friend

Najib perlu Berdikari Najib perlu Berani

Pak Lah , Najib belum buktikan apa apa
Jadi mengapa mereka begitu Sombong sekali terhadap Tun
Mendengar Hasutan dan Nasihat luar yg kini
    Malaysia Tergugat UMNO Tergugat

INI PUNCA SEBENAR MASALAH PEBGURUSAN KERAJAAN SEBENAR
INKAR , BONGKAK ,SOMBONG TIDAK MAHU MENDENGAR NASIHAT YG TULIN MALAH

    Assalammualaikum Tun,
    Saya ade bebrapa soalan :

Assalamualaikum Tun. Izinkan saya bersuara melalui puisi tradisi Melayu:

    (1)
    Negarawan Terbilang

    Permata nibong diikat suasa,
    Walaupun tua masih berbisa.

    Padi disabit hingga ke tunas,
    Fikiran tajam ideanya bernas.

    Kelapa pandan banyak nira,
    Budi dan jasanya tidak terkira.

    20.01.2015
    Bukit Tambun, Pulau Pinang.

    (2)
    Ke Urat Leher
    (Syair-Pantun)

    Rakyat semakin merasa rimas
    Banyak sangat jawapan kabur
    Adakah jemuan sedang cemas
    Semakin dekat akan terkubur.

    Doktor Umum semakin galak
    Ke urat leher doktor menekan
    Sampai bilakah boleh mengelak
    Semakin lama; semakin sakan.

    Jawab segera jangan berdalih
    Rakyat sekarang semakin pandai
    Jikalau letih segeralah beralih
    Jangan sampai semua tergadai.

    Mac 2015

Wslm, semoga Tun selalu ‘tajam,’ semoga Tun diberi kesihatan untuk meneruskan agenda ‘blogging to unblock’ ini. Amin!

Banyak buang masa pada cerita Bodoh Anuar
    Selepas Bapa sekarang anak Nurul

Pembangkang bergiat sungguh mengaibkan image Kerajaan
Compare an Apple to an Apple an Orange to an Orange
These Lee Kuan Yew must learn before he Die
As he always compared Singapore progress with Malaysia
The fact that S,pore are small in size , in Populations
    He made the Wrong calculations

Saya tak Faham Pembangkang Malaysia DAP ,PKR
    yg selalu mengagongkan Singapura
Menuduh ,menjatuhkan images Kerajaan UMNO sesedap mulut
Seperti Sedition Act seolah No Freedom of Speech
So apa sebenarnya Pembangkang ingin pertikaikan
Menuduh Kerajaan UMNO corrupted tanpa Bukti

Apa US tu betul ke ? DAP . PKR !
US hari hari ada tunjuk perasaan Racist, hari hari ada Demo
Kalau US bagus takdalah macam ini
Yg awak Rujuk kat dia buat apa ? Bodohkan

    Salam Tun

Malaysia is blessed with one of the most dynamic and futuristic PM TUN. His vision, hardwork, development and plans during his last 20 years will be ruin shortly. Not only 1MDB is a major sad back in fact far too many issues and projects had been done without proper planing and approval. As a senior PM Tun should shoulder the blame for all the current issues, due to his negligent to find suitable PM just exactly as what is Manchester united supporters blame Alex Ferguson for not find a suitable replacement for the team.

As a senior PM Tun with so many years in the government and high level contacts, don’t say Tun can’t do anything. A person with is caliber and vision I am very sure he can do the necessary changes and save malaysia from bankruptcy like Greece.

Dear Tun you are the one and only guy in malaysia who has the capacity to save and protect malaysian from future agony.

    Pls come back ………..

Salam YAB & Yg diKasihi Tun,

    1MDB

Berkorbanlah. Saya merayu supaya PM meletak jawatan dengan cara terhormat. Jangan cuma bercakap berdegar-degar tentang ’pengorbanan’, tetapi diri sendiri tidak sanggup berbuat demikian demi Agama, Bangsa, dan Negara.

Alahai 1MDB! Elok dibubarkan saja.

    Terima kasih Tun.

For PKRshit a.k.a DAPshit. Thank you very much Saudara for your honest and factual opinion. It is tthrough facts and transparency that we see the lies as expressed by these fakirs. I have nothing to be afraid of when it comes to our beloved Malaysia’s SOVEREIGNTY, NATIONAL INTEREST, SELF-ESTEEM.

If after over 57 years of Merdeka, we are still afraid to express the facts and the truths, then, we have still got a lot to learn. Acheh !

As we can all see over the years since I first appeared here in September 2011, our beloved Malaysia is something for all of us who contributed to its developement, human and other resources like our beloved Tun, you all and me. We all did an honest job for menial returns. And we are not complaining. We are NORMAL.

As for TeohHockBeng654 or HBT456, what this robot says are all mechanical devoid of human compassion or emotions. IT IS JUST A NUT ! It was a NUT with a Straits Chinese lingo. Now no longer !

gst wajar ditangguhkan kerana hutang isi rumah tinggi…

kebanyakan rakyat masih belum rasa kesan gst…

tapi produk pun dh byk buat re-packaging sekarang…berat dikurangkan…

kempen goverment dlm media harga brg x naik…tapi kalau berlaku sebaliknya pasti bertambah kebencian pada gomen kerana sekali lagi cakap x serupa bikin…

gomen nk pau rakyat guna gst tu masaalah negara…1mdb tu problem company…kenapa gomen pulak nak kena setel problem company?

    pening tgk gomen skarang…

    cacamarba n autopilot…

sapa bigg boss pun dh x tau…penanggungjawab yg perlu ‘tanggung dan jawab’ semua masaalah dasar yg timbul…

sorry panjang sikit tulis kali ni…dh lama x menulis kat blog tun…

    Do we care???
Well I’m a Malay, and majority of Malays are Muslims here in Malaysia, don’t know about other Malays in other places in the world.
So as a Muslim we want to go to Jannah’ that’s our ultimate goal in Life and true meaning of success, which means you get whatever you want, by just saying it in your heart, not in this in this world where you need to shed a blood or friendship. Well to go to Jannah’ we must earn it. And ISLAM is a way of life, which means we must live the life of a Muslim……so how is the life of a Muslim???? One Pious Man articulately described that living the life of a Muslim is how to use our Wealth, Assets, Eyes (seeing only Halal things), Ears (listen to only Halal things), Mouth (Tongue) (speak only Halal things), Mind (think only Halal things), Hand (touch only Halal things), Feet (walk to Halal places) and even Our Sex Organs (off course if we are a man we don’t shove it into a man’s behind), in short use it only to Please ALLAH S.W.T. so how ALLAH S.W.T. is pleased with the way we used all these things? Our usage must be the same as how Nabi SAW used it. And if we are unable to meet the standards that ALLAH S.W.T decree we must seek forgiveness from ALLAH S.W.T.
So to be the best of mankind we must have the best infrastructure. What kind infrastructure do we need? A bullet train? A space ship? A Laser transporter…..beam me up Scottie???? No, No, No, all we need is a Mosque that serves the same function as the Mosque of Nabi SAW during the days of Nabi SAW. During the days of Nabi SAW, his Mosque runs 24hrs Day with 4 Amaal:
    1. Dakwah – reminding and calling people to ALLAH SWT
    2. Ta’alim – Learning Tauhid, Al-Quran, Masail, Fadhail
    3. Ibadah – Solah, reciting Al-Quran, Zikir, Doa
    4. Khidmat – helping people
All the 4 Amaal runs concurrently. Muslims take turns in ensuring the Mosque is functioning 24hrs a days, so instead of watching TV on Surfing the Internet, Muslims found Solace in doing Amaal in the mosque. This is the sacrifices that every Muslims must make and not being paid as a form of sacrifice fro pleasure of ALLAH. Give time to do all the 4 Amaal for the Mosque.
So to solve the Mat Rempit, Bohsia, Bojan, Drug Addicts, Booze among the Malays we have to go back to how Nabi SAW solve the problems of people of Mecca. Some Sahabah’s were once lived the life worst than the rempits, e.g. Syaidina Umar volunteered to kill Nabi SAW, but once he embraced Islam, be closed to Nabi SAW and doing what Nabi SAW does…..later Nabi SAW says that if there’s a Prophet after me Umar will be the one. So Umar is a changed man…..don’t need to wait for old age and due to sickness and being lethargic and needs other people’s help one person has to be nice….
Another example is Bani Taqif….they decide to embrace Islam but decide not to comply all, they says to Nabi SAW that they won’t destroy their Idols, never to perform Solah….etc. But Nabi SAW did not scold them but Nabi SAW ask them to sit in the mosque for 3 days. After 3 days sitting in the Mosque Bani Taqif freely volunteered to do what they rejected at first.
So if we really care for the Malays in Malaysia go back to how Nabi SAW did for the Sahabah’s.
So the question is DO WE REALLY CARE??? Or after reading this we would say there is a shorter and easier way other than this??? Well it’s the proven methodology……look at the Sahabah prior being a Muslim….how long did it took Nabi SAW to change the Sahabah…….Nabi SAW worked on changing their hearts……requesting to instill pure Iman inside their hearts.
Once Iman is corrected their Amaal will be corrected, their Amaal is pleasing ALLAH. Only good Amaal pleases ALLAH. What is Good Amaal??? It’s the Amaal of Nabi SAW. Only the Amaal of Nabi SAW pleases ALLAH.
So this is my proposal to the Religious bodies, instead of becoming a profit center……opening Ma’ahad Tahfiz or religious schools to be a source to increase our own income. Do more good deeds and not just thinking about getting more money.

It is obvious that HBT456 or654TeohBengHock is a defender of the minority of the Chinese in Malaysia and Singapore who are cheats. Just in case, this fake fellow thinks only the Chinese are limited to the 10 SCAMS as mentioned by me, does it want me to lay down the facts about it’s other Chinese cheating friends as well ? As follows :

    1. The Chinese Political Leaders of Malaysia.
    2. The Chinese Business Leaders of Malaysia.
    3. Singapore and its Cross-Border Business.

If you want further information 654TeohBengHock, you reveal who you are and not hide behind a stupid moniker which only confirms you are a fake deliberately inserted here to do a nasty job.

I like to stress that only a minority of the Chinese of Malaysia are cheats.

Class F do wonders for the country and for everybody.

I like those days where there are lots of Class F projects.
These Class F projects does not constitute to free money. Free money makes people lazy. Just like rich kids where their parents has no time for them so out of guilt they replace their time with money. Take a look at the expansive coffee shops at 9pm above where parents so called spend their time with their children, father and mother on I-phone or IPADS doing work, while their children also playing games with their smart phone, so is this the way of spending quality time with your kids? And when the 1 to 3 year olds like to play run and hide their parents would scream at them saying please behave. Hmm such a good upbringing. So the kids will be brought as spoil brats. These spoil brats will eventually grow up then becomes worst…if their parents aren’t able to sustain their wants they find other means….. so when they grow up to be an adults…they will complain and complain and complain…..saying everything is miserable….WHY? its because they are taught from young that they are born to this world is to fulfill their desires…..only their desires. Once adult, things becomes more expansive as they need the expansive cars, expansive clothes, and expansive watches, RM18 for a cup of coffee and RM8 for a slice of cake, well their parents thought them that is LIFE by fulfilling their desires. So they are angry…very angry…don’t know who to be blame…offcourse they wont blame their selves so the easiest to blame is their leader….manager in the company…..CEO….and you know who……if their voices are not heard…street DEMO baby……

Now our we get free money????? Spoiling us????? Making our people to be lazy???? Just for the sake winning praises from People????
At least Class F, makes people work…..they have to deliver to the accepted quality and time frame then get paid otherwise liquidated ascertain damages will be imposed on them……and furthermore they have the defect liability warranty period for 1 year where they have to fix any issues or problems.

Maybe we can improve the Class F further by having online systems where they can update their project online. Have certification for brick layers, cement mixing etc, just in IT therefore Quality is not compromise.
It’ll create more jobs opportunity and entrepreneurial skills among Malaysians. The Hardware shops will boom, then we can export the expertise. Have a conglomerate Class F contractors.

    HBT 456..,

Wah.., wah.., wah.., banyak cantik awak cakap –

“….the problem is kerajaan memang lembap, slow in running the projects, and almost 100 percent adalah melayu….”

Obviously, you just simply can’t wait if Lim Guan Eng can become the Prime Minister.., is it..? Then perhaps Tian Chua can become the Defence & Home Minister. Maybe (say) Tony Pua as Finance Minister. Then most possibly Gobind Singh Deo can become Law Minister.

How about V. Ambiga becoming Chairman & CEO of Petronas..? Also possibly, Hannah Yeoh can become Chairman of Tabung Haji, KWSP and also PNB.., because she may prefer the much higher corporate emoluments rather than receiving the basic cabinet minister’s pay.

However.., perhaps Nurul Izzah gets only to become Menteri Wanita.., because she is Melayu thus obviously lembab.

Which such a less of the Melayu leadership line-up.., do you reckon that Malaysia can truly be stable, prosperous and achieve much greater heights..? What say you.., Ahso..?

    Bye, bye for now.., OK..?

Last night, I dreamt a bad dream. I dreamt Bongo Bong of the Congo ruled over our beloved Malaysia. The Dewan Rakyat was dissolved indefinitely. The Rule was by the issue of decrees. There were tanks in the streets. I woke up in a cold sweat and my whole body was trembling with fear. Soon enough, I was wide awake to realise it was only a bad dream. I calmed down. And that our beloved Malaysia still practised the Free Malaysian Style Democracy with the Open Capitalistic Characteristics manned by elected digits !

    Salam dearest Tun,

    May Allah bless you always.

Sadness looms all our hearts with the turn of many events. Most lead to nothing but one ….the down slope of our economy and with that disappearance many of the our dreams and visions( including W2020 ).
I am an ardent fan and I feel you have shown us (and still are) and also the world what a leader should be.The way you whisked us from the 1997 economic armageddon, was simply ingenious and I hope we do have someone to do that now;though I doubt it.
I still feel you are probably the only person who can save us from this most unfortunate corner that we have been thrown to at this point.

I will pray for your good health as well as for the change of luck .

    JazakAllahKhair.

    Yang Amat Berbahagia Tun,

Semoga sentiasa berada dalam keadaan sihat sejahtera.

Saya keliru.

issues currently faced by fellow countrymen

    a. Expansive petrol – to solve this issue is not only to reduce the price of petrol but instead it requires an Ecosystem of Cars design with NGV in Mind and more Petrol Station with NGV.
    i. Produce petrol cars with NGV in mind where the NGV tank is not taking the boot space but instead it is properly tucked away like the petrol tank. As for now if they want to convert to NGV they have to sacrifice the boot space, and the conversion cost is in the range of RM5k therefore it’s a bit too steep for people to earning monthly less than RM3k a month. If the car has good design it’ll help to boost the car sales.
ii. Petrol Station with NGV – every township to have at least 1 NGV station
    b. Food – issue is cost of transportation and rental of place,
    i. for example the where place has the rental of RM12K for ground floor shop space the price of food there will be RM9 for a plate of rice, 1 piece of chicken, vege and plain water, so therefore the authority should intervene by providing 1 place for eatery provided by the government where cost is controlled and provide min. food items. If the people chose to eat luxury food then it’s their choice.
ii. if all the lorries utilizes NGV because there more petrol station providing NGV
    c. House – we let the speculators dictate (so called supply and demand for the rich they have nothing to loose) for example for low rank government servants and people above age 30 earning below RM3k – each room has the size of 12’ x 10’
    d. Living in a good society – to have a good society the wellbeing has to be taken care since the infancy stage. When I was young the kindergarten where I go to is next to the primary school. And it is free. Nowadays, the babies are either taken care of their maids or improper day care center where 15 toddlers are taken care by a grumpy woman. So why not go back to the old days whereby day care centers and kindergarten is provided by the government. The care takers works in 3 shifts (07:00 to 11:00, 11:00 to 15:00, 15:00 to 19:00) – it’ll provide more job opportunity and ease for parents where they can focus on their work.

    Hi Tun,

You are always my hero. You have the visions for this country and i see you hearts in loving this country as we all do.

The government should focus on how to run the country well.. focus on expanding the middle income group nations, as we see currently, only the rich becoming richer, and the poor becoming poorer, and this is not healthy in terms of the country and in terms of the economic..

Singapore have notice the issue and providing the quota to limit the import of the foreigner worker, each foreigner that bring in, will need to make sure there are another 5 Singaporean employees will be hired. This will be making sure that their own nation, will have the proper working opportunity too.

and in my small eyes, i still can not find any country that will protect the majority of the nation when all countries is protecting the minority most of the time. If Malaysia want to continue to protect the certain race and this is also the majority of the nation, the country will have to be really wealthy like Saudi in other to do this.

In Saudi, only the original Saudi is allow to buy property and others non-saudi nation, like Yemen, and etc, will have to rent the house from Saudi, and in this case, the Saudi are protected in a certain ways.

Over protecting one nation will not bring any benefits to the countries, except for the political reason, but if you want to make the county strong, this should be cut off immediately. And that time, they will start to treasure the country and start to study hard and work hard.

Because to protect a certain majority people, we have bring down the education standard, and most of the youngest are not able to have the competency to compete in the international society. Some one said, even in the survey of the international Educational standard, we were rank bottom three, we still produce Doctors and Engineers…. yes, we produce,… but can our doctors and engineers go internationally to compete with other countries doctors and engineers? Are they able to work or hire by those countries? Does the other country accepts Malaysia Standard?

Another things, there should not link any political / government parties into any business at all. Cause once the Politician lay hands on business, it will no longer a clear business.

Beside 1MDB, there are still many government own company that not many people heard of..

Pembinaan PFI Sdn Bhd.. which own EPF RM 20-47 Billion, The Director of PFI, is sitting on EPF board and also PFI broad, is this another 1MDB case?

I am really worry for the country Tun…

Hope Malaysia government is really wanting to build the country like you…

    More info: http://m.kinibiz.com/story/opinions/152700/is-pembinaan-pfi-sdn-bhd-the-next-1mdb.html

    Salam Tun.

    4. Saya fikir PAC, PDRM dan Auditor General juga perlu melihat buku akaun Terengganu Investment Authority (TIA) di mana bermulanya, asal-usul penjelmaan 1MDB.

    5. Let’s go back to the origin source code to unfold this mysterious nonpareil private ludicracy of 1MDB. Perhaps, its just a very simple case of ‘Creative Accounting’ after all, involving some naughty hands that got stucked in a cookie jar, where instead of removing the hands, they re-label the jar.

There are many ways to justify a Leader’s capability.
Wrong management, Unsound Advisor who inputed wrong strategy with poor planning, never thin wisely all these are resulted Unhappiness to the whole nation.
Giving an example; during GE13, Winnable Candidates were not field – but ‘prefer’ to lost the seats ! What kind of strategy was that ?
I was wondering, is he thinking only one party or instead the whole game which able to bring in a better result as a whole -BN ?

  93. musato Mar 16,2015 12:00 PM

    Assalamualaikum Tun.

    Wassalam.

    Dear Mr..
Tun blog is populated by self claimant that they adore Tun like their own father.
They hope in earnest that Allah bestowed all kind of ‘Rahmah’ to Tun.
They demanded that form must come before function and yet it is people like me or you can call scum that come to Tun defence.
    What was that?
    Tun needs no defending?
Islam propagates ism that it is call brotherly to defend one muslimin.
And I will let you feels my ‘unbrotherly’ backlash for running down my Tun.
For your information ( for whatever good it will do? )
Tun have aided so many in his younger days as medical doctor that maybe and just maybe somebody might have given him certain wealth in name of asset.
    His son’s might benefited too.
And instead of helping, you run him down.
What contribution that you have done to Malaysia that worth billion’s?
    Tun contributions is worth trillion!
But as they says a khinzir is a meat to you and poison to me!..:)

    Salam Tun,
Such strong words coming from honorable and highly respected statesman like you should not be taken lightly or ignored by the government or whoever in power. We need listening leaders to lead our beloved country into a much better nation, especially with the 2020 is just around the corner. You have set the target, the vision 2020 many years ago. But with the current situation and set of leaders, I am pretty sure that the vision you set will just be a moving target and impossible to achieve.
Hope they listen and take heed, urgently.

    Salam Tun,

On a totally separate note but something of huge significance to our fellow Malaysians, GST. With GST coming into action very soon, our current “smarter than all others” Government seems quite convinced that the impact of GST to our fellow Malaysians are very minimal. However, if we read this article, it seems to implies something very different. BN can pray hard that Malaysian still keep their old “mudah lupa” culture. If not, say bye bye to Putrajaya.

New tax looms … but is it all gloom?

Insurance Cost akan naik, Mamak Cost akan naik, Hairdressing Cost High possibility will go UP as well, medical cost akan naik… apa yang tak naik.. I think…. BN popularity, that’s for sure. Mark my words for it.

    YABhg. Tun Dr..,

Bukannya jadi rahsia lagi bahawa Dato’ Seri Najib cukup takutkan si Rosmah Mansor (RM) tu.

Jangan main-main..!

Bersambung lagi di lain ketika.., insya Allah.

    Wassalam.

    Tun

What has happened to our beloved Malaysia, 57 years after Merdeka in 1957 ? Have we lost our heads over MONEY MONEY MONEY by aping the Ruler’s (1959-2015) GODLESS ULTRA COMMUNISTIC POLITICAL AND SOCIAL SYSTEM IMPOSED ON HIS CITIZENS THROUGH APPARATCHIKS. How many of us realize that the once balmy squeaky clean Republic of Singapore is now known internationally as a ‘RICH CUBA WITHOUT THE HAVANAS BUT THE BANANAS ?’

We Malaysians practise a political System entirely different from the Ruler’s (1959-2015). No democracy of the World with elected Governments do business to raise money for their coffers in lieu of the Private Sector. In America, they will call us COMMUNISTS. And yet, our beloved Malaysia has at least 3 distinct financial Empire recently built within 10 years with Governmment funds, breaching Government promises and imbalancing our delicate equation in big and small businesses amongst the different communities. Our Free Malaysian Style Democracy with Capitalistic Characteristics was not created by a Ruler but it was a System formed through consensus before Merdeka in 1957. But in the Godless Ultra Communistic Republic of Singapore, the System was tailor-made by the Ruler (1959-2015) himself who finished off the job by tightening the legal loose ends being a skill practitioner of the laws. He MICRO-MANAGED THE WHOLE SHOW. It is not the Singaporean Digits which failed. It is their Political System which has gone toxic.

IN THE CASE OF OUR BELOVED MALAYSIA, OUR RELIABLE AND TESTED FREE MALAYSIAN STYLE DEMOCRATIC SYSTEM WITH CAPITALISTIC CHARACTERISTICS DID NOT FAILED US. It is the digits which failed us time and time again in recent years since 2003.

The Federa Government now spends much time juggling with billions and billions of ringgits instead of ruling over us and caring for the welfare of all Rakyat. As I said many times before, the GLCs should be despatched back to the Private Sector which has the job of making money FOR THE GOVERNMENT TO TAX ! The 3 MONEY EMPIRES SET-UP IN RECENT YEARS eg. The Kazanah, The 1MDB and the FELDA GV are managed by civil servants with no accountability and no ownership – AND NOT MICRO-MANAGED BY A SINGLE RULER ! So much MONEY MONEY MONEY managed by so FEW !

The above is the background to the presen daily money conundrum affecting the Rakyat. But let us put this MONEY MONEY CONUNDRUM WITHIN HISTORICAL CONTEXT.

The Chinese of Malaysia have always been cheated by a small number of their kind. I am not talking about fake doctorates, foundations etc but SCAMS which have been artfully exploited by Chinese crooks. eg.

    1. 1949-1956. The MCA Social Welfare Lottery.
    2. 1949-1962. The Tontine Caper.
    3. 1959-1961. The Mushroom Insurance Caper.
    4. 1971-1972. The Gemini Chit Fund Caper.
    5. 1976-1981. The Co-operative Societies Caper.
    6. 1976-2015. The RM2 tax-free incorporated churches Caper. 4 crooked Chinese tycoons formed their own churches to collect money. Of which, 2 of them are convicted felons !
    7. 1976-2015. The Share Rigging and Insider Trading Capers.
    8. 2003-2009. The Forex Caper.
9 2009-2013. The Gold Bullion Caper.
    10. 2009-2015. The Pennsylvanian Huckster Caper. This fellow is no better than the guy who wore a 555 undershirt who sold the MCA Social Welfare Lottery tickets in 1949. This Caper only adds to the long list of MALAYSIAN CHINESE CAPERS – these are all the same.

FORTUNATELY, MOST OF THE CHINESE ARE HARD-WORKING AND HONEST.unlike these caperers.

MALAYSIA BOLEH ! MALAYS BOLEH ! MALAYSIANS BOLEH !

GST Dan 1MDB : Apa Yang Rakyat Perlu Tahu

    Assalaualaikum Ybgh Tun

    In my opinion:

All these investigations yang baru bermula eventhough it was weeks past since the first police report lodge and the expose by foreign medias. It should have took place earlier and speedily. Also need to update the rakyat on the investigations and there must be a time line, otherwise many more leakages and huge undertakings .Investigations could carry on for years and later be told once again no wrongdoings detected.

I do not understand why government must use rakyat saving investments for the overseas ventures. I would like to suggest that EPF (Employees Provident Fund) undertakes to invest these saving into building affordable homes (250K,159K,100K and less than 100 K) for the penyimpan.I do not understand why Kwasaland,Putrajaya Perdana and 1PRIMA undertakes these housing projects for the rakyat especially using EPF savings of the rakyat. I suggest houses built using EPF money must be for its contributors only,Not for government employees and not for those non EPF contributors. barulah adil and direct benefit to EPF members. please convince EPF to do the right thing and make sure it give direct benefit now and not have to wait until 55 to get meagre lunp sum that still unaffordable for them to buy homes.I work in a private sector as a clerk,a single mother and now suffering from host of diseases from multiple minor strokes, asthma, nerve problems and suspected cervical cancer.retired and still homeless.

There are hundredth of thousand EPF contributors out here who felt that EPF had done so little and too slow. Why EPF allow these syarikats to gained profits at the rakyats expense?Like this 1MDB.

It is important for the government to do the followings to 1MDB and avoid recurring events:
    1. Identify and investigate who are responsible for this investments that caused loss/debt of 42billion rgt.
2.Why has no one in 1MDB or the finance ministry aware of it from the start?Whose responsibility ?
3.How did it balloned to the mammoth debt? No monitoring?
    4. Why was it not curtail immediately and person/persons responsible suspended or sacked from the job.?

A credit standby or bailout by any other names will not fix the problems or any other problems of this magnitude.A complete revamp of all the staffs top to bottom and serious review if Malaysia can do without 1MDBB must be considered. Let’s us not fix 1MDB like sakit gigi berlubang besar tampal koyok or tampal jalanraya berlubang without wanting to investigate thoroughly why it keep berlubang and keep tampalan.

As we are all familliar with the 1MDB issue, there are stills some questions unanswered. Why is this? because they are afraid. To be honest Tun, I am not taking sides of the goverment nor am I taking side of the oppositions. I believe that everythings shoud be fair and the goverment should not hide anything from the people. I also want the nation to be a better nation, but this seems so far to achieve with the current economical issues not only in the goverment level but also to the people. There too much poverty, too much injustice. Please, I hope the UMNO’ president will explain this 1MDB issue and tell the truth to the people. We only want justice.

    Salam Tun,

This is a comment from my friend nicknamed “Old School”. He tried to register to comment but couldn’t due to unknown reasons ( maybe new commentators are being deliberately blocked by hackers.)
So I am posting this on his behalf as I also share the same sentiments.

    “Assalamuallaikum Tun,

I’ve never commented on your blog before despite I’ve been reading them since its inception. All these years you’ve been writing, I can only draw one conclusion that no leader past and present in this beloved nation has the dedication, utmost sincerity and the highest spirit of patriotism than you.

Unfortunately, the leaders we have today do not possess ten percent of your leadership qualities, be it in knowledge, integrity, vision, boldness, strength, dedication or sincerity. I honestly dont think Allah SWT will grant us anyone like you in the foreseeable future, we will only be left with mediocres. Now, we have slightly intelligent leaders but are crooks but most are copy and paste leaders where they are very much dependent on others to write their speeches and at lost when they are reading them, hence, they talk rubbish when confronted with the local press let alone the foreign press. They will never get the recognition nor the respect like you commanded.

Tun, you are not the type who show piety publicly but I can see there are so much fear in Allah SWT in whatever you do. This is what is lacking in this country leadership now. They ape the west especially USA so much that to them there is no right and wrong anymore but just grey. They commit crime with impunity and they not only allow gay marriages but also gay adoptions. This will make their citizens go into acute mental sickness beyond repair which they already have right now. The saddest part is that most of our voters now worshipping this type of freedom of choice.

Tun, I dont think you can recall this but my family and I met you once long time ago at the Pavilion Shopping Mall and when I shook your hands I told you this country needed you for 20 years more to guide and to tap your wisdom. I’m not at all surprised now to see the younger generation, my children and their children’s children wants you to come back and lead this beloved country of ours.
We with our utmost sincerity pray to Allah SWT to shower you with good health for many more years to come to steer this country on the right path again so that we can be proud to be called Malaysians with the admiration of other nations just like when you were the PM of Malaysia.

    Wasallam.

There is no justification in censorship in questioning the operation and lack of disclosures in the 1MDB fund if indeed this is what the interruption to the Tun’s website is about. Censorship in such circumstances is an act of desperation and an invitation to draw inferences of guilt or fear of the truth by the public about what is clearly a matter of public interest and public concern.

Dr. Mahathir Mohamed is indeed a man with significant experience in politics and as some say a man of vision. His questions by any measure of the yardstick are reasonable and his analysis of the operation of the fund as perceived by many proper.

As a senior citizen (and a former prime minister) he has as much of a right to speak out on issues he finds to be short of answers or short on answer as anyone else does without having to fear sanction or censorship. That’s a tool of Kit Siang, the Malaysian Bar and Anwar Ibrahims clique. It should not be adopted by a government of the caliber of the government of Najib Razak which has thus far successfully endured the scrutiny of a rattled public.

To censor Tun Dr. M or anyone else for that matter is to commit political suicide. Whilst I do support the prime minister in office who has been properly elected at the ballot box, like many others I do not support anyone censoring the views of Tun Dr. Mahathir (or anyone else) however hurtful their views may be as long as those views do not breach the laws of the country which would justify sanction in the form of censorship.

The current PM has built up a significant portfolio of unexplained conduct and precipitated a degree of uncertainty, insecurity and has failed to properly address several situations around which rumours swirl.

Whilst not given to the seduction of rumours, it is undeniable that many Malaysians tend to make truth out of these rumours (many of which are based on half known facts embellished by fiction where a complete explanation is absent or not forthcoming).

Rumours and conspiracy theories arise out of a vacuum created by silence and implausible explanation of events by those who ought to know better and have a duty to explain themselves but who do not.

Unless the PM makes the effort to thwart the staple of the opposition (rumours created by his silence and lack of response), he will create the opportunity and the situations like the one that exists now which demand a response provided eventually by people like Dr. Mahathir in his analysis of the 1MDB fund.

It all goes in the end to credibility. Inaction and silence coupled with censorship are no substitute for a proper, logical and rational explanation of things that are in the public interest. In fact silence at this time in this situation is not an option.

Silence and censorship are never options or rational alternatives to the right to be heard and the right to express oneself or where disclosure and transparency are concerned.
Tun Dr. Mahathir has his rights as any other to express his views and to be heard however offensive others may perceive these expressions and views to be.

The fact that the Auditor General has had to be called in to audit the affairs of 1MDB is in itself an indictment of the PM and his deafening silence on such an important issue as the Cayman Islands fund and the transactions alleged to have been undertaken through it which is the subject of much damaging speculation.

It is not acceptable to simply say the PM cannot be answering or answerable to ‘all kinds of rumours’. As prime minister and head of the executive government the PM is answerable not only to quell damaging rumours about the ‘radical’ fund.

The PM and executive government also has a duty to respond properly to legitimate requests for answers in situations such as those relating to the 1MDB. It is not rumour that there has been an abject and utter failure to disclose the nature and structure of 1 MDB and the reasons for it being parked outside jurisdiction.

The fact of that failure is the absence of any clear understanding or knowledge of how the fund is structured, why it is placed offshore outside the jurisdiction of Malaysia, what the trust deed that controls the fund, looks like or what it allows the trustees to do and whether such objects and powers of the trust under the trust deed are by Malaysian law lawful.

The failures to respond is also evidenced by the jurisdictional alienation of the fund (and anything connected to it including the alleged Jho Low transactions) from parliament and the courts of Malaysia.

It is incumbent on the PM to explain that situation and not to bring in the Auditor General who is not independent except in theory. The separation of powers doctrine is but a convention and a theory and not a cure for all evils or a panacea for the problems of the kind the prime minister chooses to ignore, remain silent on or sideline. In situations such as this the Auditor General cannot be totally independent because he is an officer of government.

This is not a case of rumour alone. Rumour and conspiracy theories are what arise out of a vacuum created by silence of government and those in authority with a duty to disclose maintaining a deafening silence on important issues like the controversial 1MDB. And this is an important issue made more controversial by the mystery that surrounds it.

There have been sufficient instances when the opportunity had arisen for the PM to stand up and to curtail or put a stop to these “rumours” as the government refer to them as.

It is the height of political and legal irresponsibility and arrogance to allow these questions and “rumours” to fester like an open festering sore when it ought to be dealt with in a mature and a sensible way with a substantial credible response. There is an obligation to answer the many un answered questions that swirl around the fund and its operation but I acknowledge the obligation to answer is to not all of them as put by the Tun Dr. M.

The situation I am afraid the PM and his government face is the fact that the fund and its transactions are outside the jurisdiction of Malaysia’s parliament and its courts. It may have been placed out of jurisdiction in a place like the Caymans for precisely the reason why anyone parks their business affairs and finances in the Cayman Islands. Secrecy and minimal if not no disclosure at all being the answer.

The AG is unable to breach such firewalls wall as exists in the Caymans where the laws of that tiny British protectorate of a state are designed specifically to combat such intrusions and inquiries.

The Caymans has in the past defeated US presidential inquiries and demands for disclosure on many matters of a similar nature also involving governments (not theirs). It has silenced and frozen FBI led inquiries into cocaine and arms trafficking money parked there and other sovereign inquiries into the hoards stashed there by dictators after their overthrow.

Has the Malaysian government in anyone’s opinion any greater leverage than the US in this regard over the Caymans?

This particular matter of 1MDB stands out like the proverbial sore thumb because of the highly questionable nature of a highly leveraged high risk sovereign “fund” reputedly engaging in practices that would likely be unlawful if they were executed onshore in Malaysia where all of it necessarily belongs. and all of this is guaranteed by the Malaysian government?

What makes 1MDB more controversial is the wall of silence and the shroud of secrecy placed over it in a parliamentary democracy. It is an anachronism in a democracy as Malaysia is. It is violation of the principle of open government and dare I say also a precedent on undermining the concept of parliamentary sovereignty.

The fund as Dr. M has suggested is a fund owned and guaranteed by the sovereign state of Malaysia. On account of this guarantee the government must account to the people and to parliament when it is asked about the fund. It is not inappropriate or a privilege for any citizen to ask for answers to the fund which is highly secretive except for knowledge of its existence. That veil of secrecy needs to be drawn because Malaysia is a parliamentary and constitutional democracy.

What has occurred if it is proved in at least the Jho Low transaction and proved to be true, was that a series of round robin highly inflated transactions with the so called Saudi petroleum group and others involving state funds had occurred being underpinned by the security and obligations of state guarantees of the 1MDB fund provided by the Malaysian government.

But we can’t prove the truth of these assertions by whoever it is who makes them because the right to know anything about the fund has not even been disclosed to parliament. That’s because that is what the legislation of the Caymans which protects the secrecy of the fund does.

To park those funds in a pirates den in the Cayman Islands and to create a risk high leverage (debt) situation with non-disclosure laws in a low disclosure strict secrecy jurisdiction (with its history of money laundering) is to add fuel to the fire that a government as respected otherwise as Malaysia’s is suspect.

Why Malaysia should be involved in such schemes (as reported) which would be illegal and in breach of its own laws if carried out locally but for the fact it is elsewhere is questionable.

Dr. Mahathir’s statements cannot be ignored and certainly not one people ought to ignore. His right to speak up in whatever capacity is not the subject of government largesse, its benevolence or threats of sanction. He has a right like any other citizen to speak his mind on any issue especially where his voice carries far more credibility and weight than that of many politicians in active service today.

Tony Pua’s comments on the other hand are not in the same vein as those of Dr. M’s. Tony Pua firstly has a history of making statements or backing those of others which are short on fact and long on fiction. So too are the comments of Sivarasah and Amrick Singh Siddhu or for that matter Ambiga Sreenivasan and the other hoots who are part of the so called opposition.

In order for the AG’s report to have any semblance of independence or credibility to it now that the heat is on is for it to be preceded by a proper open independent inquiry with as broad as possible terms of reference to investigate what is a highly irregular set of financial transactions entered into by a state and its leaders who have failed to comply with parliamentary and constitutional rules.

No one is yet saying there is any guilt to be apportioned on anyone, but I won’t say that there is none either. And having been put on notice by a number of parties without an axe to grind, the PM ought to take a less casual approach to this matter.

Not everything Tun Dr. M makes reference to is necessarily answerable, but to suggest the PM should not or cannot answer or is unanswerable is to say the least ill informed.

Thank you Tun for questioning some of the rotten deals. Nobody can match your credibility when commenting on this as the opposition will be tainted by political motives.

    —————————————————————–
Kenapa begitu sangat putarbelit? Inilah CEO 1MDB.
Wallahu alam.

    amin tan

Tun, nampaknya silap Tun lagi memilih successor… A good leader is a leader who had gone through hardship…like you… definitely not from the league of silver spoons…

Tun M has spoken… again. Ball’s in your court, PM. We the rakyat are indeed disturbed by the racket caused by 1MDB. How about some clarifications to put right our concerns?
