    Assalamualaikum wbt Tun

Moga-moga Tun dan Tun Dr Siti Hasmah sihat walafiat hendaknya. This is probably the closest I will ever get to Tun to say thank you so thank you to both Tun and Tun DrSiti Hasmah ❤for all you’ve done and continue to do, for giving us hope again.

Armed with semangat baru I made a complaint to DBKL . I must explain this is regarding the Myanmar Embassy’s new visa and consular sevices section at no 289 Jln Ampang Hilir.

Abt a week before Hari Raya I noticed that a yellow DBKL penguatkuasaan tape on No 289,which is a bungalow house with a large compound, had been torn and thrown aside .I was shocked that the contractors blatantly ignored the stop work order and were openly working on the site.

On the wall was a plank of wood with Myanmar Embassy written and a letter to notify that the MyanmarEmbassy was.moving its Visa and Consular Services Section from No 8 Jalan Ampang Hilir to this location and they hoped the police and DBKL would co operate.

There was no permit, no police/KLN/KDN approval, no contractor details nothing. Only this letter was offered up (I have photos Tun)
So I called DBKL a few times to notify them and was laughed at. I was so angry DBKL would not even follow up on their own order. Finally one of their officers returned my call and gave me my report number. He agreed that Myanmar Embassy had broken their stop work order and DBKL would send in their penguatkuasaan division.

Well here we are and the illegal visa and consular services section is done.
My letters to the press have been ignored.
And my complaint to KLN received a email …from their Jabatan Protokol section.
It seems (because the English is really awful)the Myanmar Embassy had applied for assistance from Jabatan Protokol when they were told to stop work by DBKL.

Jabatan Protokol acknowledged the illegal works at no 289 but advised DBKL to allow Myanmar to carry on .

I am horrified, is Jabatan Protokol/KLN authorised to do this? i want to know why KLN considers the safety and security of the rakyat in their own tanah air less important and worthy than foreign country acting illegally.

What factors did KLN consider before deciding to allow Myanmar to carry on?

KLN did not see fit to consult KDN or the police even though there have been angry protests against Myanmar involving armed police and riot squads and thus, both the police and KDN have valid concerns .

They did not make any effort or exercise diplomacy in advising Myanmar not to open at this location. It would not have been difficult to find another site

Further, does KLN actually know what the Myanmar Embassy is doing ? In Myanmar’s letter stuck to the wall of no 289 they said part of.No 8 Jalan Ampang Hilir would.be.moving to this address but in KLN’s letter, it was no 26 Jalan Mengkuang so KLN which one is it? Will there now be 3 locations ?

KLN has allowed a very dangerous precedent .Now a foreign country in Malaysia , can just go ahead and build wherever whatever and whenever they want and rest in assurance that they will have KLN to whitewash it all.

I read Tun’s tweet re: foreign service
and how Tun has expressed the.importance of “perkhidmatan.yang jujur, amanah serta dedikasi” and that if we “..sayangkan negara kita, kita tidak tergamak buat salahlaku”

So I plead with Tun, please please look into this. This is so wrong. I have emailed the.FT.minister, my MP.newspapers and nothing .
So I hope Tun can help. The ink.has faded and sometimes it feels like the dream has too. Those.were good days

Thank you so.much Tun for listening.

After seeing the opposition won the election, I saw hope like a light illuminating the darkness of a room while it sheds the truth about what is going on in our country.

Some people were not happy when they saw some projects being put to a halt, implementation of sst and etc. Funny how people want a change to happen but not when they are the ones who has to change. What irony…

I am about to be a father next year, so I too am concerned about my country’s future. Will there be a day when my child does not have to fill up the “race” column in forms? Will my child get equal rights as everyone? I am sure these were also the thoughts of many parents.

What I really hope is to see all the people in Malaysia to be in harmony like a spectrum of rainbow that comes from a single source of light but yet each has a different color, creating a beautiful landscape view leaving viewers in amazed.

So, I have only one request so far.., help those in need and not based on certain groups of people or ethnicity. Then the nation will grow together, bridging the gap between the rich and the poor like sewing a hole in a cloth.

Tuan Perdana Menteri Tun Dr. Mahathir bin Mohamad Yang Dihormati,

Permohonan Bantuan Pihak Tuan Tentang Dasar Bank Negara (BALANCED SCORECARD MOCK RUN) kepada Agent Life Insurans Di Malaysia Mulai Pada 1 Jan 2018

    Dear Tun,

Firstly I must say thank you for coming back as our Prime Minister. I am your harden supporter who even sold his ride to support your election. I love u as a father to our nation. Big supporter and that’s e hinest truth.

Sir, i met you in YB wathymoorthy’s event at K.L and I presented u a copy of my radio proposal. I even came to Pahang and garland you in person. I met your staff at Perdana and even requested to a one to one discussion with you Sir.

I sent whatsapp messages to both your son’s requesting to meet you. Some who knows u promised me to see u but today they are pretending to ignore.

I believe u know about isaifm. I hope u did read my proposal. I gave u in hand and also to your staff at Perdana. I requested for the 3rd Indian Radio. We don’t have a Indian party for the Indians in Malaysia now. For me it’s a good thing but to empower our Indians I have proposed a 3rd Indian Radio Sir, I have worked past 17 years to build a Indian radio station which delivers good information, content, music and good interviews. I’m known as Funkyshankar who has broke records in the radio world.

I have given up so much in my life before when it was BN as the government. I sold my home, jewellers and many other thing fighting for one thing in life which is ISAIFM.

Sir, my intention is not to be rich or obtain a status. I want to help my community by providing 30% back to education, medical and financial support the Indian community. If I’m given an oppurtunity, the radio industry will change and heal from the monopoly and dirty politics many media company plays.

All I asked is a nationwide frequency and let me proof my talents in actions. I also request as a Malaysian to see you in person. If Jack ma to Zakir Naik had the liberty to see you in person then I dont see why I can’t get an appointment to see u as a Malaysian. Moreover i have requesting to meet u past many months.

Make my request come true and let me win my goals similar to Pakatan Harapan victory.

I hope u contact me and allow me to meet you in person to discuss further. The future is in the youngsters. Give us the importance and support and we will proof u the best future. Please don’t ignore this message as its so difficult to get in touch with u nowdays. All I need is a chance to see u in person and explain my vision. Please Sir.

    Thank you Sir.
    God bless you Sir.

    Hi Tun,

Appreciate your powerful strength and being the PM again to bring forward this country miles away. I am a strong supporter of you ever since I know Malaysia and I respect and follow the rules and regulations of this country.

With regards to the En. Zakir Naik’s PR, appreciate your great support to him.

I am married to a Malaysian girl with kids and residing in Malaysia since year 2000 for the past 18 years. I am a professional engineer with an MBA working in this country and love this country so much. I had applied for my PR in 2008 and fulfilled all the requirements for the application. I am paying income tax without fail and I do have properties in Malaysia. But unfortunately I have not received any kind of improvement in my PR application for the past 10 years. I have walked and asked to the immigration counter for PR update but everytime I ask the officer in charge say one thing ” No Update. Can you come again after 3 months”. I am tired.

My humble request to TUN is for people like me who are married to local Malaysians and contribute professionally is there any chance to get PR in this country? Whom can I approach to and get a solution.

Happy Birthday, Tun. Hope this letter finds you in the best of health. For many of us of the older generation who grew up writing ‘snail mails’, good health, is a customary greeting. But, Tun, today my wishes of good health to you is not mere pleasantries, it is a fervent hope that you stay healthy. Even as the euphoria of May 9 lingers there is still apprehension on the level of reforms that can be implemented in the next two years. Your promise to stay longer if the need arises is reassuring. A much needed promise given the breadth and depth of the ‘sewerage sludge’ of corruption unearthed by Pakatan Harapan.

When I voted on May 9 it was with the sole of purpose of removing a corrupt leadership. The candidates were immaterial. Even effective and well liked previous MPs were discarded if they were not standing under the Pakatan Harapan banner. Dr. Michael Jeyakumar of Sungai Siput is one such example. We voted not based on race, religion or creed. We voted as Malaysians. Our votes managed to remove the most obvious cancerous tumor. But the other cancerous cells are still present in our ‘New Malaysia’. They continue to fester and infect. They continue to instill fear by saying that the Malay language, the Malay rights, the Malay Sultanate and Islam is under threat. Their bogeyman is of course the non-Malays. The ‘bogeyman’ tag is not only used to instigate a sense distrust in the Malays but also used to instill fear among the non-Malays. Thankfully, the bullying techniques to silence the non-Malay with statements peppered with ‘pendatang’ and ‘balik-lah’ is not as prevalent as before.

The money politicking elites who plundered the coffers of the nation in the name of safeguarding the Malay rights are the real culprits. The stash of cash, the millions in salary, the swiping of credit cards using the rakyat’s money and the list of atrocities goes on. The elite, their children and their cronies were accustomed to indulging in the millions and billions. This, in an environment where the Bottom 40% of Malaysians (B40) were merely earning an average income of RM2800 per month. The poor rakyat earning in thousands were funding the shopping sprees of these culprits.

Tun, I read your press statement on the continuation of the affirmative policy for the Malay Malaysians. I agree with you on the need to continue with the affirmative policy. The Malay Malaysian who are under the B40 category are in need of this affirmative policy. But, Tun what about the Chinese, Indians and others who are under B40 categories, should they not be benefiting from the affirmative policy as well? But a more pertinent question is whether the affirmative policy in needed to assist the Malay Malaysians who are in the T20 group.A google search defines affirmative policy as “positive discrimination; an action favouring those who tend to suffer from discrimination”. My humble opinion is that the affirmative policy should favour the poor, irrespective of race, religion or creed.

    Thank you.

    Dear Tun,

As a Malaysian who fully supported the formation of Malaysia Baru, I am really surprised with Tun & the government’s stand on Zakir Naik!

As much as we want Macao to cooperate with us on the extradition of Jho Low, surely we want to cooperate with India on their request regarding Zakir Naik. Why double Standard? Enough double standards with BN!

Are we willing to tarnish our relationship with countries like India just to protect a single person like Zakir Naik just because he is a PR? Im sure you are aware that his PR award by BN is questionable and has not been justified todate.

We request the current government consider the request of the general folk of Malaysia and do the needful regarding this Zakir Naik.

    Thank you.

Recently, I went to look for the company, now they are expanding their land to build more big pond for wasted rubber water usage. I can show you the relative photography if necessary.

    Hi Tun,

I am a resident from BATU 4 1/4 ,Taman Sri Jeram(phase 2), Jalan Bakri, 84000 Muar, Johor. I have been living here for more than 20 years since I was born.

I wanted to show to Prime Minister one thing, nearby my house has a rubber manufacturing company that have a lots of big ponds that collecting wasted rubber water. The wasted water has been continuously evaporating for so many years. The smell is very bad, even if the nearby “taman-taman” miles away still can sniff the smell. The rubber company is located nearby here:

Near this area “Batu 4 1/4, Jalan Bakri, 84000 Muar, Johor. ”

This thing is very serious, even after we wash and dry our clothes under the sun, the rubber smell can penetrate into the clothes, this areas has been polluted due to the smelly rubber water. Residents here can’t even has the fresh air to breath, the air here is totally polluted.

One thing that I need to mentioned is, nearby this company is residential area, maybe their water filter is not good or what, but please don’t make this bad smell. This smell is destroying the residents health. Residents here has been complaining to this environmental issue, but it looks like there’s NO ACTION taken by the federal and local government. Residents here just wanted to live here happily breathing the fresh air. That’s what I wanted, I don’t expect to have any rewards. We want fresh air.

So, I hope that Tun would stricly take action to this ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES.

    Thank you Tun.

(Sorry, my english is not very good, but I tried my best to express what I am going to say and hope that Tun would understand our situation.)

    JUSTICE FOR BANKRUPTS

THE bankruptcy law of Malaysia is long overdue for a proper overhaul to make the rules fairer to bankrupts. Despite the amendments in 2017, the current law remains outdated and punitive.
The Barisan Nasional government had been promising to amend the law for many years but when change came in the form of the Bankruptcy Amendment Act 2017, it provided little or no relief to the nearly 300,000 bankrupts in the country. The reason for this is that the Barisan government was heavily influenced by the powerful banks, corporations and financial institutions.
If one reads Section 60(1) of the Bankruptcy Amendment Act 2017, it’s clear that these amendments do not apply to an individual who was made a bankrupt before this new Act comes into force. This simply means that for the nearly 300,000 or so existing bankrupts, this act affords no relief whatsoever.
The previous government lacked the political will to bring in real reform simply because of the pressure and lobbying from the banks and financial institutions.
    image: https://content.thestar.com.my/smg/settag/name=lotame/tags=Demo_Gender_Male_enr,Int_Sports,Int_Travel_BahasaAudience,Int_Fashion_Beauty,Int_Entertainment,all,Demo_Age_18to24_enr,Demo_Age_25to34_enr,Int_Entertainment_MovieLovers,Demo_Age_45to54_enr,Int_Travel_Business,Int_Entertainment_LocalCelebrities,Demo_Age_55to64_enr,Int_Automotive_BahasaAudience,Int_Automotive_Affluent,Int_Fashion_Beauty_BahasaAudience,Int_Automotive,Int_Lifestyle,Int_Sports_Football,Demo_Age_13to17_enr,Int_Travel,Int_Business_Finance_SME,Demo_Age_35to44_enr,Demo_Gender_Female_enr,Int_Tech_Telco,Demo_Age_65plus_enr,Int_Lifestyle_Health_Fitness,Int_Entertainment_BahasaAudience,Int_Travel_International,Demo_BahasaAudience,Int_Business_Finance,Demo_AffluentAudience
It’s strange how we live in a country where inanimate entities like corporations are given protection under the law to wind up and start again afresh but the same second chance is not given to people. Bankruptcy in Malaysia for many is a death sentence. Even criminal offenders are released after they have served their sentence and given a chance to rehabilitate. This is not the case with bankruptcy; once you are declared a bankrupt, you are forever at the mercy of your creditor(s).
While the Bankruptcy Amendment Act 2017 changes the law in this regard for people who were made bankrupt after 2017 by allowing for an automatic discharge after a few years, this reprieve does not apply to those declared bankrupt prior to this amendment.
If the new Pakatan Harapan government really believes in giving people a second chance, it should act now to correct this miscarriage of justice. Our lawmakers should have the courage to change the law for all bankrupts.
In Australia, bankruptcies normally end after three years. In Canada, a debtor can file a consumer proposal as an alternative to bankruptcy. This is a negotiated settlement to make monthly payments for a maximum of five years.
In England, a bankruptcy usually does not last longer than one year.
Singapore has passed its bankruptcy law wherein a first-time bankrupt can be discharged in three years. His name will also be removed from public records five years from the date of his discharge.
I’m not saying that people who are indebted should not be made accountable for their debts but there is a need to strike a balance between the need to hold bankrupts accountable and allowing them to have the opportunity to make a fresh start in their financial affairs after a reasonable period of time.
Furthermore, the law as it is currently is discriminatory and contravenes Article 8(1) of the Federal Constitution which states, “All persons are equal before the law and entitled to the equal protection of the law.”
Section 60(1) of the Bankruptcy Amendment Act 2017 creates two classes of bankrupts, those who became bankrupt before the Act came into force and those declared bankrupt after the Act, and it does not accord both groups equal protection under the law. This is discriminatory and unconstitutional.
The new government should stand by their promise of equal treatment for all Malaysians and act immediately to remedy this situation and abolish Section 60 of the Bankruptcy Amendment Act 2017. This will result in the new law being applicable to all Malaysians and provide equal protection and relief to all bankrupts.

    Assalamulaikum Tun,

I would support your idea of setting up automotive industry if you are using private fund and not public fund.

Secondly, regarding your idea of automotive industry, I would like to suggest, instead of focusing on electric car or petrol-fuelled car, why don’t we focus on investment of water-fuelled car?

With petrol-fuelled car, there are monopolies by the petrol companies to gain profit over people. Futhermore, petroleum resources are decreasing over period of time. Also, petrol-fuelled car is well known for the release of carbon monoxide which pollute the environment.

As for electric car, there are also monopoly. The electric charging station will be controlled by the car companies that manufacture their own car where each different car brands will have their own different kind of plug-point to charge their car which may not be compatible for other electric car brand. Another disadvantage about electric car is that there are quite a number of explosion caused by the car battery. For example, the electric car brand called “Tesla” has got quite a few number of cases where their car exploded. Of course, this is somewhat the same case for petrol-fuelled car where with excessive combustion causes explosion as well.

However, with water-fuelled car, there are no monopoly by any company, and people can just open the pipe water and fill in the water into the car for it to run. Secondly, it is expected to be way more environmental friendly because the engine releases water vapour. Of course, there is no doubt that electric car is also environmental friendly but there are cases of explosion due to battery problem like the car brand “Tesla”.

So, I hope you will focus more on the idea of investing in water-fuelled car for our people. Besides that, there are a few videos that I have watched on prototypes of water-fuelled vehicle invented by scientists across the world. For example, there is a YouTube video of an Iranian scientist managed to create a prototype of car where the car engine runs based on water.

    Dear Tun,
I wish you could read what Siti Kasim wrote. Dismantle Jakim and Jais. You dont need an institution to control and monitor the malays. You will be forever remembered if you can liberate the malays from the bondage of religion.Islam says there should not be any compulsion in religion. Take religion out from schools, from the govt offices and all institutions. Religion should be a private matter between God and man . If any man has sinned let him face God’s punishment but not from man for anyman is just as sinful. Let those who have not sinned cast the first stone.Do you know why 5000 malay bumis migrated to NZ and Australia? I asked some of them when I studied in Australia. They want to be free to decide how they live like everybody. They dont want Jakim or Jais telling them how to live their lives.. Please liberate and free the malays from the bondage of religion.

Thank You and od Bless you Tun.

    Dear Tun Dr Mahathir,

It’s a dream come true, your being back at the helm. Congratulations Tun on your comeback. It wonderful knowing that Malaysia is once again in capable hands. May the heydays and glory of the 80’s and 90’s revisit us and make Malaysia a truly great nation.

It is sad that we are in very deep waters as far as our national debts is concerned. Though Tabung Harapan is a great effort in trying to reduce our national debts, it is my view that those who can truly contribute are the big MNCs and PLCs who have been the ones raking in profits from the government projects and benefiting most from the policies, etc. It is time for these companies to show their gratitude to our nation. Why not set aside 50% of the profits to Tabung Harapan? Or, perhaps they can be given a 50% reduction in their tax payable for several years to come for a large contribution to Tabung Harapan. These companies also make contributions to the political parties. They should stop these and channel these allocated funds to Tabung Harapan instead. Perhaps Tun’s Cabinet can look into this and come up with a workable scheme.

Thank you Tun for your dedication and God Bless

    LEELA

    Salam! Che Det…

    4. Sejak Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB) mansuh penyata kewangan menggunakan buku pelaburan terlalu ramai rasa susah bahkah sakit hati pada PNB. Warga emas bukan tahu teknologi canggih malahan golongan muda atau 30-an pun gemar jenis penyata simpanan melalui buku pelaburan dikekalkan, selain miliki perasaan tertentu bila memegangnya.

    Terima kasih.

    Dear Tun,

I would also like to suggest that all Malaysians encouraged to try to settle their PTPTN loan, pay their taxes and whatever fine or money owed to the government. To be sincere and honest so that there no leakages in government institutions. This will help in our current financial situation.

  21. ShawnTY Jun 2,2018 7:06 PM

Dear Tun Dr. Mahathir bin Mohamad,

My name is Shawn. I was a UEC student in Kuen Cheng High School. I have some ideas on constructing a better Malaysia. I hope you will read my email patiently.

Firstly, I would like to congratulate Tun for receiving the mandate by the people to rule Malaysia once again after nearly two decades. Currently, I smell the making of a new and prosperous Malaysia. Therefore, as a citizen of Malaysia, I would like to express my opinions on the education system of our country.

Every second of my life, I am aware of the fact that Malaysia has a complicated education system. The government should take care of the people’s rights and not just their so-called Bumiputera rights on education. For the non-Malays, they have established too many vernacular schools. If you were to close the schools down and create a unified education system, which fully merges all Malaysians, certain races will make noises. They will view it as the government’s intentions to stop them from learning their mother tongue. And certain religious schools are more of a Ketuanan Melayu concept, if you choose to close them down, people will feel that their pursuit of religious education are being threatened.

This has to be a long-term plan. Vernacular schools should not be demolised, but should be changed to a more “Malaysianised” rather than a more polarised race-based or religion-based status. By introducing a new and improved national curriculum, and at the same time keeping the vernacular school’s curriculum as an elective OR a compulsory to students, it can be a good step in keeping the school compound multiracial, and gradually giving birth to one race, which is the MALAYSIAN RACE. In my opinion, vernacular schools should be a place that enables people with different backgrounds to learn their culture, and at the same time having the students to be fully equipped with the national curriculum.

I wish the government all the best in resurrecting a prosperous and harmonious Malaysia. And as a Malaysian, I am willing to join hands with the government in keeping Malaysia great in all aspects. Thank you for your time.

    Best Regards,
    Tan Yen Shawn

    Congratulations, Tun!

Just a thought crossed my mind and I hope you get to read this.

It’s about the billions still being “controlled” by Jho Low. Better get this guy first … otherwise he may used some of the billions to caused problems for PH.

  23. concernedmalaysian Jun 1,2018 1:46 PM

    Hi.

To combat the national debt, I suggest that you introduce a tax amnesty programme.

There should be many people who had sizable income, but were reluctant to fully declare them or even bring back them from overseas because they felt it was a waste as they would just be subsidizing Najib & the previous government officer’s lifestyle.

These people are probably more than happy to pay taxes now, but declaring past income now would mean hefty income tax penalties, etc. Made worse with GST penalties (if applicable).

Therefore, I suggest having a tax amnesty programme, maybe with no penalties, which would open up an avenue for such government revenue.

    Assalamualaikum Tun;

    terima kasih…

Hi Tun! Maybe you will see this message, really hoping you will! I’m a foreigner but I’ve been living in Malaysia with my family for the past 16 years, my father even longer than that. I attended local SJKC and sekolah menengah, and even took SPM. My family and I consider Msia our home, and my dad works hard to provide for our family and benefits Msia as well. Yet, after all that, we still can’t get PR. I was wondering if the status on expats getting PR will change.Ku dah anggap Msia bagai negaraku, ironically I’ve been singing Negaraku since I was 5 years old. Hope you will see this somehow!

    Salam petang Tun

Dear Tun, the previous government give R&D incentives to any companies that switch to Research and Development. This a very good things to do to develop Malaysia but there is looophole and that is the transparency. Any companies can register and announce themselves as R&D companies but the important thing is, are the jobscope truly R&D activities or just in name only? There must be transparency to make sure companies truly do R&D activities and not just in the name only. I suggest that only R&D that produce R&D results be given continue incentive. R&D companies that do not show any R&D results within certain period should have their incentives taken back.I also suggest we follow what Australia government is doing now. This is to ensure the R&D incentives given by government are not being exploited for wrong reason or corruption.

Never ascribe to malice that which is adequately explained by incompetence.

  30. grkumar May 28,2018 2:40 PM

Whilst it would be insincere not to acknowledge the Pakatan Harapan victory on the 9th of May 2018 which has effectively returned you to power after a hiatus of over a decade and half, the vindictive manner in which you have treated your nemesis and political rival, the former prime minister is a dangerous precedent of what could befall you and your government.

There have been numerous allegations against the former PM which have not yet been proved in any independent court of law or tribunal. Upholding the rule of law as you say your government will is to treat everyone before the law equally.

Finding large wards of cash in a residence of anyone whether they be the Chinese and Indian merchants who are habitual hoarders of fiat money (cash) for a “rainy day” or whether it is money to be used in an election campaign (as the PKR and DAP had also engaged in) is no evidence of any breach of the law. Hoarding handbags, wigs or other accessories is not evidence of the proof of rumours or proof of the demonisation of individuals like the household of DS Najib and his wife.

The greatest sin of DS Najib and his wife was that they had no election strategy, not tactics, no resort to the tools of mass media, social media and data science like data analytics or the capacity to resort to the courts to put an end to the speculation which rivalled the Marcis campaign run by the Catholic church, the Australians and the US government who wanted the Marco’s ( their government in the first place) out.

Lim Guan Eng competence as minister of finance can be best described thus:

When little-league baseball players are thought to be incompetent, they are only allowed to play where the ball is rarely hit (for little leaguers, in right field), and thus they have few opportunities to overcome their unfortunate reputation.

The continued absence of any positive contributions can then easily be mistaken for an absence of talent rather than an absence of opportunity.

As for the others like Waythamurthi and even Anwar Ibrahim and his wife, there is rarely visible any talent as such. Anwar’s sins for instance are scarcely secret.

But the inclusion of people from within your former cabinet when in fact there is a plethora of incompetence and evidence of unlawful and improper handling and transacting of billions of dollars makes one wonder what your real objectives in government are.

Ambiga Srinivasan and Sivarasah Rasiah (in fact most of the Malaysian Bar) are on record of blaming you and calling you all sorts of names for all of the countries woes. They range from the so called “unconstitutional sacking” of Salleh Abbas (which I have written about in my own blog) to the “rape and pillage” of Petronas, Bank Bumi, Maminco and the Forex gambles (funded through the Bank Negara).

There is then Waythamurthi’s legendary claim to your having ordered the killing of 400 Tamils at a wedding and much more.

Why would you allow such people into your cabinet and at worst make an admission that Anwar is innocent when it was you who incarcerated him having him charged first on offences which you say he is innocent of.

It would be interesting to know what your objectives for government and the future of Malaysia and its economy is to be. This is especially so when your cabinet leaks like a sieve. The people have spoken they must accept the government they voted in.

    Tun M,

    terima kasih.

Let Malaysians help our beloved country free from our National Debts!

To Our Dearest and Beloved Tun Mahathir,

After seeing this viral post of how Sabahbathi Rajalingam try to contribute to the country with just a small gesture.

We are a bunch of Malaysians who don’t know each other but we have the same mission and vision. We would like to show our love to our country and show our support to our new Government.

We believe we can drive a movement to LET’S SAVE OUR COUNTRY as an initiative help repaying the national debts. Although it may be a very small amount, “sikit sikit lama lama menjadi bukit”

However, we need a channel to do this. We believe that the PM office would not want to be flooded with letters with money inside. The most important thing is we want this official and legally channel from the government and NOT going through any crowdfunding site or even NGO. We want to make sure every cent goes to the government and help settling our national debts.

Our Beloved Tun Mahathir and all our beloved Ministers, Help Us to Help the country. Let us have a channel to do this and help repaying our national debts

We hope to hear from you soon.

    With Love and Sincerely,

    RAKYAT MALAYSIA

A Tribute to an INTELLECT THINKER

I have been teaching about leadership for the past 25 years. Many schools of leadership tend to focus on how to develop leadership skills, leadership styles, the types of qualities that leaders should possess and the capabilities that leaders should display. I disagree with the emphasis of those teachings.

You cannot compel an individual to adhere to a set of skills, styles, qualities and capabilities that are derived from other leaders. That is merely an imitation of leadership. On the contrary, leadership needs to be authentic and original. Leadership is within our DNA because as humans we have this survival instinct enrooted in our behaviour.

Each one of us has our own identity, style, skills and qualities. We will pass through three leadership development stages: AWARENESS, ABILITY and ADAPTABILITY. Some of us experience the stages earlier, others later, while there are those who never fully develop those stages in their lifetime.

The catalyst that ignites and amplifies each individual’s leadership skills, style, qualities and capabilities across all three stages of leadership development is Intellect Thinking.

Without that initial catalyst of Intellect Thinking, all your company’s expensive investments in your human capital training and development will go to waste, or at best, last for only a limited period.

Whenever I teach the “Art & Science of the Practice of Intellect Thinking: The Mind of an Intellect Leader” I use Nelson Mandela as an example of an Intellect Thinker.

Now we have another example of an Intellect Thinker: Dr Mahathir, a living legend who is the Architect, Engineer, Tactician and Strategist that brought an unprecedented historic change to Malaysia on 9 May 2018 by dethroning the ruling government which had continuously remained in power since the nation’s independence in 1957. I consider Dr Mahathir an Intellect Thinker, not merely because of what happened in Malaysia’s recent general election, but also because of the evidence accumulated from my research in the last 6 months studying his interviews, speeches and videos, both past and present.

Dr Mahathir’s quote above (at the beginning of this article) is just one example of how he engages Intellect Thinking. His former counterpart, the late premier Lee Kuan Yew of Singapore, had famously said, “Even from my sick bed, even if you are going to lower me into the grave and I feel something is going wrong, I will get up.” That is also the mindset exemplified by Dr Mahathir as the embodiment of an Intellect Thinker.

    Salam Tun

    I think ashleyphang’s idea below good 🙂

4 Extend MM2H to include Permanent Retirement Programme for foreigners who wish to stay permanently in Malaysia. Make it more friendly for foreignerd that wish to have long/ permanent stay in Malaysia. This will boost our property industry, private healthcare, wellness and a new untap ageing population market for aged care facilities in Malaysia. We have a good mix of industry to grow and support this untap ageing population in Malaysia for local and foreigners.

*Years ago I have friends nak buat this concept. I don’t think its successful. They even tried crowd funding. They can’t get loan from the bank. Recently I have watched Astro channel, India as a place for retirement. Ramai orang British yang dah tua2 pergi tengok tempat2 yang available. I think its a good idea if boleh buat kat Langkawi, or places/states yang ada banyak tanah, seaside.

  35. jkmc May 25,2018 5:42 AM

    Tun,

First, I want to congratulate you on winning the election and bring hope to the people of Malaysia again.

I am a Malaysian living abroad because of better educational opportunity for my children here but my heart is always with Malaysia.

I am so happy that you have decided to come back to lead the country again because I have always believe that ONLY you can bring Malaysia back to the past glory and ONLY you can bring Malaysia to such height with your aspiration which is on par with the outside countries.

There is one thing that is stuck at the back of my mind every time I look at our people who belong to the lower category of income mainly the fishermen and the farmers.

When I saw that you are studying BR1M, can I make a suggestion that I hope maybe you would kindly give a thought over it.

Whenever I go home, it make my heart bleed to see them been ignored, after contributing towards nation building in their little way and yet our country forget about them when the are used, old and need help. Instead of BR1M maybe can we give them something like social security income? They contribute towards nation building by putting fishes and vegetables on your table . . .

  36. ashleypang May 24,2018 11:56 PM

    Dear Tun

Through my observations, there are many ways to save unnecesary spending by the Government and incrrase goverment incomes. Some of my suggestions as below:

1 Coordinate the time plan among JKR, TNB , Drainage & Water Supply, Telekom and other Telcos. Very often I see new roads are being tar but very soon will be digged again, then tar again and dig again. This will go on and on and forever we are having potholes and terrible roads all year round. JKR must have proper time plan to monitor this to prevent unnecesary wastage!

2 Implement a one stop centre for rakyat to call, sms or email to report of pipe burst, malfunction street light, traffic light etc. Water wastage or street lights that are on in broad day light are a big wastage!

3 All government buildings must introduce energy efficient measures to reduce usage of aircon, light, water etc. Rain catchment can be introduced to recyle rain water, solsr panel to generate electricity, etc. Introduce smart sensors that control usage of appliances.

4 Introduce New KPI for best cost saving efforts across all government departments, agencies, public building, etc. The best cost savers get rewarded and acknowledged

    Ways to improve Incomes:
1 All city council should tow away cars parked illegally along the road. One car = RM 300! No need to issue summon ticket, just tow away and collect flat RM 300! I stay at Mont Kiara, plenty of expensive cars simply park along Jalan Kiara, at Solaris Mont Kiara and Solaris Duta Mas. DBKL can collect at least RM 10k per day! Good for DBKL and the residents too to get rid of annoying cars that park illegally!

2 Stricter rules for traffic police to collect summons!
We have a lot of law breakers in Malaysia! May collection via e payment, go directly to Police Payment Department. Ali Pay is a good example of e payment. No hard cash transaction go missing!

3 Further increase of Sin Tax ie alcohol, tobacco etc. Good for more goverment collection and promoting healthier lifestyle.

5 Foreign expert / expat friendly policy to allow spouses of expat to work in Malaysia. We have alot of great talents among spouses of expat here in Malaysia. Due to unfriendly working permit condition we can’t tapon their talents. We have a lot of expat spouse that do volunteer work at refugee schools or for refugee community in Malaysia. One way is to look for good English native speaker to participate in our English Programme for our public schools or their other talents. Government should make it attractive to attract talents instead of giving free passes to unskilled workers that flood our local workforce! Impose low or no taxes for expat spouses or retired expat to encourage them to be part of our natuin building! Win-Win!

6 Have friendly policy towards retirees that can still contribute and
willing to contribute by offering attractive and flexible working contract. Example, allowing retired professors or doctors to have flexi hours with attractive income to still contribute their expertise. Very often their salary is slashed to 1/3 once they are retired and under contract. This prevent them to continue to contribute. Malaysians retires way too early, if they are willing to continue to work they shouldnt be a limit of age, just like TUN! You are 93 and still working! See, we do have many talents like you who are not being appreciated!

7 Someone sugested we should have a Save Malaysia Fund. Rakyat can contribute some amount to pay off our national debts together.

Tun, please create a way for rakyat to voice up easily and to be given a chance to participate in our nation building programmes! You have united us as true Malaysians! We have over 30 millions of us, majority of us have voted for change and we would like to our part to rebuild Malaysia and make Malaysia great again! Please allow us to participate in this history making moment for our beloved Malaysia!

I am now preparing some suggestions for our education policy,I hope to be able to share it with our Minister of Education. This is the most important Ministry to bring our whole nation forward!

    Best regards
A proud Malaysia who wants to serve.

    YAB TUN,
kami faham Tun sibuk, taknak buang masa tun.

i juga akan membolehkan penggunaaan optimum sumber kewanagan dlm negara selain dapat menikmati future earning benefit on this day…

sekadar memberikan pandangan memajukan negara. mohon pertimbangan YAB. terima kasih. Semoga Tun Panjang Umur.

    Dear Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamed,

Congratulations and Good day to you sir,

I wanted to write further to your announcement recently on our country’s financial situation and the current debts status which already exceeds 1 trillion. It was really disappointing and I had sleepless nights and believe you too experiencing the same and working hard finding solutions to solve it as as soon as possible and safe malaysia from further damage.
I have a humble suggestion sir.

As per SPR record, we have 14,000,000 registered voters and If one person contribute rm 500 will it be enough to settle the country’s debts ?

Hope if it’s possible I want to be the first person to chip in the cash to the finance ministry’s account Tun.
Together with the democratic force that practiced recently kindly give us a chance once more to practice and show that we the people of malaysia Love very much this country and ready to sacrifice together with you to solve country’s debts.

To all Malaysians, I really hope this call will get a strong support and let’s all exercise the democracy.

    Thank you.

    As salam Tun M

    Sekian, terima kasih.

    Moga Tun M dirahmati Allah s.w.t selalu…

    Dear Tun,

    Thank you for saving Malaysia.
We will be forever indebted to your sacrifice.
Regarding the Indian citizens and their plea:
It would be very difficult for Government to “upgrade” the community in Malaysia with the current economic situation. My proposal is for EPF to set up a separate account for Indian contributors, and Indians contributing to EPF voluntarily contribute RM 1 to RM 100 depending on their choice or income, no compulsion to contribute. Government match the sum contributed.

This fund should be used to provide education for free for all Indians irrespective of religion up to University education (local U only). The fund should not be used for business or other ventures. Solely for education. To provide tuition to under privileged or remote areas where better education is available.

Hope this simple proposal could be materialised. By this way, (1) the Indians will be proud of their own achievement, (2) Can upgrade the Indian community to be more competitive (3) Able to contribute significantly towards Nation building (4) less undesirable activities that has plagued the community and (5) provide platform to reform the education system to a higher standard as per PH vision.

    Thank you
    Sega

    Hello, Dr.Mahathir

I hope this Mail reaches you, and would consider it.

Right now i know you are busy with Restructuring and Saving the Nation but i hope you could help some of the youths/adults in this nation to legalize a Sport called Airsoft. We have a huge community but right now, we are pretty scattered because there is no legality on the sport but would really love to see it come true.

In case your wondering, Airsoft is a International Extreme Sport, quite popular all over the world like US, Taiwan,HongKong,Korea,Japan,Thailand, even Indonesia has already begun promoting the Sport.(Very similar to paintball)

The Sport Uses Replica like firearms (Toy guns or BBs in Malaysia’s Point of View) and plastic biodegradable pellets, its pellets hurts no more than a flick of a finger and perfectly safe. (Again Very similar to paintball)

As of now people would think why would we even would bother legalize this kind of stuff. To be honest in my view, when i see other countries have this kind of sport i awe in envy and wished Malaysia could do the same to promote it, Because it beats staying at home on a Saturday or Sunday playing computer games when we could go out and have social and recreational outdoor sport,Building Teamwork and Ties.

Sure we have football, Badminton, Malaysia is crazy about those, but There are groups craving for some action and adrenaline.

So lets say if we legalize the sport, Hurray!! How do we control the Airsoft so people dont abuse them.(Sadly eventually there will always be a person that will find some funny way to do it)

So i was thinking, The Airsoft guns and Paintball Markers are currently set together under the firearms law, I would like to suggest we seperate it and create a specific law like how other countries do it. Because is a sports tool after all so maybe we could Example: Licenses or Membership cards holders and ID cards presented are only be able to purchase and will be recorded down under details, under membership records?

Im sure we as Malaysians can find a common ground especially if the Association is working with the PDRM to enforce the rules and promote this sport to bring in Malaysia a sport where international communities could come and partake as well.

    Thank you for your time.

    Assalamualaikum Y.A.B Tun.

    1) mohon pembubaran Suruhanjaya Integriti Agensi Penguatkuasaan (EAIC).

    2) lucutkan jawatan ketua jabatan Majlis Sukan Wilayah Persekutuan (MSWP), nama didedahkan Datuk Mohd Razlan atas sebab penyalahgunaan kuasa Perbelanjaan atas tujuan politik semata-mata.

    Sekian, terima kasih.

    Assalamualaikum Tun Dr. Mahathir,

    Sekian, terima kasih.

  45. Sarikha6 May 19,2018 2:00 AM

    Dear Tun,
Firstly, let me introduce myself. My name is Sarikha, also known as Prema. I was delighted to hear that you would be assuming the role of the Education Minister. However, my happiness was short lived. I had no doubt in my mind that you will revitalise our ailing Education System. I am a single mother. I have enrolled my daughter in a non profit International School for Year 1 in 2020. When I heard the good news, I was so happy at the prospect that I could now possibly send her to a government school, as I was confident that it was going to be made great under yourself. Please dont get me wrong, I went to a government school myself and pride myself with being the only non malay student in my Kesusasteraan Melayu class then. People thought I was crazy giving up Science stream to do Sastera after getting Grade 1. So I am a strong believer that Bahasa Melayu should be the priority at all cost and that English is the language to move forward. However, the system is all wrong.

You may wonder what I know about it. I have been giving tuition classes since my college days to date. I teach students from government school , private school as well as International school. I know the difference. I see the difference. I understand the issues. I understand the issues faced by the students from the lower income families. I understand why they become demotivated.

I, for one want to see our nation great again. It shouldn’t end with just great results at the polls. Let this be your legacy Tun. Make education great again. I hope you will spearhead this effort or at the very least, put someone capable of this transformation. I would be very happy to help out voluntarily for the sake of my child and nation.

I have done my part during the election as PACA in Lembah Pantai and yes we got every single Borang 14. I would now love to be part of another beautiful transformation.

    Thank you Tun for everything.
    God bless!

Nonagenarian Tun Dr. Mahathir….. STILL a force to be reckoned

Tun Dr Mahathir bin Mohamad, born on 10 July 1925, 93 years young this year is a Doctor, a Politician, a Maverick and a Magician…… as the new Malaysia yearns him to be. His political career has spanned over seven decades beginning with a newly formed UMNO in 1946 and as the fourth Prime Minister of Malaysia from 1981 to 2003. The brainchild of Putrajaya, Galeria Sri Perdana and KLIA, he was also instrumental in changing the landscape of Kuala Lumpur by adding beautiful features like the Twin Towers and Menara KL. This ‘Tiger of Asia’ rightfully earned the sobriquet of ‘Bapa Pemodenan’ or Father of Modernization.

‘Mahathir’ in Sanskrit means Great Warrior. Between feelings of adulation and abhorrence, 31.9 million Malaysians just can’t be indifferent towards him. From being revered while he was in office, to being shunned during his retirement, and finally being mocked at by his critics when he decided to right all his wrongs, you can’t deny it takes a heart, mind and body of steel to do what Tun Mahathir has achieved at his age, proving that age is just a number and it is a case of mind over matter. As per WHO’s data published in 2015, life expectancy in Malaysia is 75 years, male being 72.7 and female 77.3. Living through five generations in his lifetime, Tun Mahathir has entered the club of nonagenarians with great fervour, energy and a nimbleness of both body and mind, all characteristics supposedly unprecedented for the ‘Oldest Old’ but definitely a privilege for a select few.

Tun M’s critics scoffed and denounced his revitalized movement towards reformation of our beloved country. Many said that it was common sense that no country in the world would want a leader of such an advanced age to lead their administration. But this country has been born again. Its citizens first showed their discord as thousands either attended Tun’s ‘ceramahs’ on ground, braving the incessant rain, or a recorded 72000 people watch him live on Facebook to conceal their identities for fear of being reprimanded and possibly being penalized for doing so. Finally, the rakyat voted for the only face who could get the job done. Thank you Tun.

How old is too old? Individuals are assessed on the bases of functionality of both their body and brain- their ability to move, perform all daily routines, thinking skills, memory and overall brain function. It has been claimed that as we reach the age of 90 our body won’t get any older. Michael Rose, Professor of Evolutionary Biology, says that “if you are lucky enough to live that long, you stop ageing.” We cannot deny that Tun Mahathir has not only defied all expectations of frailty by his opposition but has promoted a long and healthy life for himself and his wife Tun Siti Hazmah. Tun has managed to keep himself in peak condition, with little hiccups here and there. His successful inning can be owed to splendid genes, loving relationships with his family and friends, and a productive lifestyle.

It is a dream for the majority of mankind to live forever. The good news is that you may well live longer than you expect. What is unclear is the state of our being. Scientists forecast life expectancy in the coming decades to exceed 90 years as a norm. Reaching the ripe old age of 90 was considered no mean feat at one time. Will we be able to reach this exclusive 90+ club? Will we be able to walk in Tun’s shoes literally? Will we be quick witted in mind and spirit and will our hearing and sight be sharp enough to pick right from wrong? Will we be bothered enough to fight for change for ourselves and others to be happier? Will we be horse riding with friends for recreation, or will we be reduced to a wheelchair in the corner of a dingy room in an old folks home, would we be capable of driving our soulmate to a romantic dinner and movie date, or lay still in our hospital beds craving for any kind of human contact, whether we could make our own decisions and deliver exhilarating speeches to hungry crowds or stare blankly at colourless walls with neither recollection of our past or hope for any future. A blessing or a curse, as we inch towards the ‘90+’ crowd with hope and dread, we must aim to be fit and healthy like Tun M, a perfect example of 90+ being the new 70.

    Dr Mahathir

Please read my article on Tribute To An Intellect Thinker https://lnkd.in/fdvu8C3

I fully support and encourage that you will be the right person for the post of Human Resource Minister. I dont think people are no uneducated … people have forgotten to think. We have stopped reading and with AI and digital technology reading has taken a back seat.

I have been presented presentation to Ministry of Human Resource that their current syllabus on High Order Thinking is wrong… it got nothing to do with critical thinking, problem solving …. we need to teach the basic fundamental how to think and that comes when we learn to appreciate Courage- Respect – Trust. Once the children embrace that they will learn to ASK … ASK without intimidation or being ridiculed. Only by asking with inquisitive mind one start develop how to think. But to think with intellect not with intellect.

An intelligent person lets you make up the bullshit but an Intellect lets you see through the bullshit!

The current The World Economic Forum (WEF), ASEAN 4.0, Singapore’s Smart Nation 4.0, Malaysian National Industry 4.0 and Malaysian Human Capital 4.0 shares WHAT Industrial Revolution 4.0 is but none tells you WHY and HOW to prepare your workforce. There is major flaw… I have shared with MITI and even HRDF they just ignored me.

They just mention re-skill, up-skill and multi-skill. There is no such thing. We need to develop new talent skills and children need to be though new learning. Please re-visit STEM … its a failure in America and in the UK. We call it STEM-C APPLE.

“If we are doing what we have doing all this while and expecting a different results that’s insanity” – Albert Einstein.

Allow me an hour of your time and will share the flaws and what’s need to be done to make this nation great or even greater. Its in the hands of children and human capital. Thank you.

Dearest Tun M, Congratulations on being the PM for the second time in Malaysia as our prayers are answered. I wish to propose that the new Govt to eradicate any parties o persons to lead or be the voice of Malays, Chinese or Indians. E.g. In the past MIC and MCA in particular never actually represented the people but only benefited for themselves. We have to uphold as Malaysians and all works, contracts, positions shall be to the deserving ones based on merits. There shall been favours for Malays or Chinese or Indians etc. Only qualified people shall be in the Ministry. All policies shall be on the grounds of legal, fair and within the rule of law and constitutional rights.

I also urge to remove the use of word “1 Malaysia and its shops, projects etc” as the word has no bearing but just a lip service in the past. As Malaysians, we need not have to just rely on a word o utter and we shall practice the values of being a Malaysians by respecting all races, religion and culture.

    Salam Ramadhan
YAB Tun Dr Mahathir Bin Mohamad Perdana Malaysia yang ke 7 dan Pengerusi Pakatan Harapan.

    YAB Tun,

    Terima Kasih

SURAT TERBUKA KEPADA Y.A.B TUN DR MAHATHIR BIN MOHAMMAD , PERDANA MENTERI MALAYSIA YANG KE 7 DAN SELAKU PENGERUSI PAKATAN HARAPAN.

    Y.A.B TUN,

My congratulations to you for making Malaysia a better place for everyone. However, as good as all these things are, they pale into insignificance when you compare it to one thing. Your health. Please look after your health. At 93 years young, I think you have the right to be a ‘bit’ selfish.

I always felt that year by year I’m ageing, my time on earth is running out, I’m getting old, oh what am I going to do in life, have I achieved anything, or do I have any more time to achieve anything more, am I not getting old to start anything fresh? All this would dwell in my mind.
But, today while driving in the beautiful morning to work, I felt a new freshness in the air (the car air-condition was not on, the shutters were thrown open). I was breathing in the fresh morning air which I always feel so good and I could feel the freshness of the new government of Malaysia, I was feeling the serenity, and I was hoping there will be a big change in many things which will make all the people here feel more comfortable and enjoy more living in this beautiful country that we love.
So, back to the battle of my mind, at this age of 92, the charismatic leader of Malaysia, the inspiration of the nation who is back to office to make changes has changed my whole perception of life and age! Today I truly realised ‘Age is just the number’.

    Dear Tun,

Firstly, congratulations on this ‘impossible to believe victory’ that only the Almighty could have wrought through you on behalf of the the people of Malaysia. Now is the time for nurturing a freshly reborn Malaysia and I hope you will hear me out as every true Malaysian looks to you and Team Harapan in the days to come.
There is so much hard work that needs to be done and it is my hope that you will be magnanimous in victory and begin with healing the wounds and restoring the rule of law in order to unite the people before the road to recovery can be started
I was a young student in UM when I attended my first political rally to hear Saudara Anwar speak in 1974. Of course my generation was deeply wounded when the Universities Act was imposed to curb us for the national good at that time. I never expected that 44 years later Tun and Saudara Anwar will hold the keys to setting right the many laws that were introduced to transfer power to the Executive from the Judiciary, the Civil Service and from Parliament itself. I hope the transformation to reintroduce the checks and balances will begin with a deep sense of repentance and forgiveness on all our parts so that the new Malaysia will be a home where each Malaysian can live to his or her fullest potential.
My late father-in-law (who passed away 2 years ago at 96 y.o.) was your good friend and had always believed in you although his younger generation were rather cautious about the legacy of freedom that you left behind for us. Now we thank you for responding to the call of this beloved nation of ours. Indeed the Almighty Himself has led you for such a time as this and we are truly grateful.
Our hope and prayer is to see you reset the foundations for this new Malaysia, our Mysia, as the family prefers to say. Just as you came out of retirement to serve again, be assured that many of us senior citizens are equally excited to be a part of the new Malaysia’s re-emergence as our children take over soon. If nothing else, be assured of our continuous and unceasing prayers for you and your family as well as Team Harapan in the strenuous days ahead.

May Allah bless you with energy and strength at this time.

    Dear Tun

Heartiest Congratulations to TUN, Pakatan Harapan and all Malaysians who have voted and supported the GE14! This is the dream comes true for all Malaysians and now the “Capsule” has brought Tun back into our government! As a Malaysian who grew up during your era, I am indeed truly proud and truly grateful to Tun.

I do have some wish lists that I hope Tun and your successor could take into considerations to implement them for the great benefits of our country and our people in stages.

    1. Abolish the race column in all our official forms. WE ARE ALL BANGSA MALAYSIA. MALAYSIAN FIRST!We need to instill this BANGSA MALAYSIA SPIRIT in all Malaysians. We need to teach our children to be COLOUR BLIND!TOGETHER WE WILL BUILD MALAYSIA AS A GREAT NATION.I grew up as a colour bind child until I went into university where reality set in. I do like race based policy!Lets build a colour blind nation Tun!

    2. REFORM OUR EDUCATION SYSTEM. Bring back the English medium in our education system so we can be competitive in the world stage like how we used to be. I believe we have many qualified educators, be in in service or retired & professionals who will be glad to be part of this reformation to rebuild or education system. We do have many NGO, such as TEACH FOR MALAYSIA and more who are doing great jobs to to rebuild our nation through education.
Let educator leads the Ministry of Education. No more politicians! This is the most important Ministry Tun! This ministry will determine how far we will be as a nation!
Reform our education system from pre-school all the way to university. Provide sufficient education funds and allow true independence of each higher learning education institute that is managed by calibre educators not corporate figure or politically incline administrator. I am one of the recipient of The Ministry of Science and Technology’s National Science Fellowship during your tenure as our PM. I am forever grateful Tun! Allow retired educators to continue to service our higher learning education institutes rather than chasing them off after retirement age. Retain talents in our local universities! I am a graduate of University of Malaya just like Tun and I am very proud of it!

3 Gazette all green lungs and forest reserved for the future! We need more parks for our children and theirs. This beautiful motherland is not own by us, but loan to use by our children. we have to ensure this motherland is well taken care of so that they can pass it down to their children and more.

4 PUT MERITOCRACY AHEAD OF RACE! NURTURE OUR FUTURE GENERATION TO BE GREAT WORLD PLAYERS. WE HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BE A REAL STRONG NATION!All Malaysians should be given equal chance based on Meritocracy!

5 ACKNOWLEDGE UNIFIED EXAMINATION CERTIFICATE! Thousands of our talents are leaving Malaysia to Singapore and other countries each year because Malaysia do not recognize this certificate as an entrance certificate for local university.

6 Have good control of foreigners esp the illegals in our country! When I was in Sandakan Sabah, I felt being in an alien nation surrounded by foreigners who speaks and behave differently! We must clean up this mess across Malaysia. I support Malaysia for Malaysians only policy!I cannot deny the contributions of the foreigners esp migrant workers, but we need better control of their entrance in Malaysia.

7 We need to look into the welfare of our servicemen, like our PDRM, BOMBA, ARMY, NAVY etc. Very often their welfare are not well taken care of. They have given so much to this nation. Provide quality education and continuous trainings, better housing, better pay and other benefits. These are our unsung heros of the nation.

8 As we are advancing into an ageing population by 2030. We need to plan and support our golden age population. We need better planning to ensure our senior citizens who were once upon a time the nation buidlers, our servicemen are being well taken care of. BUDAYA PENYANYANG TUN!
We shall have one new Ministry called Ministry of Senior Citizen who look after the welfare of the the golden age group.

9 We need bigger budgets for the Ministry of Health to continue its great effort to look after the health and provide quality healthcare services to all Malaysians esp the senior citizens. As a former medical supplier, I have great opportunity to work with many of the KKM hospitals. Our KKM have great staffs and good services but at times lack of funding that sets the limits their services or upgrading. Private healthcare is very expensive nowadays, I hope our KKM services can reach out to more of our Malaysians in the outskirts too. Probably having a mobile clinic into rural area or the urban poor esp for the senior citizens.Provide free health check for the seniors citizens and urban poor.

10 Strengthen our currency. Tun did it once in the 90s. We shall be able to do it again and better this time

11 Having a unified and truly dedicated Ministry of welfare for all OKU or special needs. We need to give opportunity to this group of citizen for early intervention education, training and continuous training and employment opportunity. I speak from my own experience as a mother of a special needs child Tun. Not much has been done to the OKU residents of Malaysia

12 Grant citizenship to all stateless qualified MALAYSIANS. Some were born out of wedlock, some lost their documents and some born overseas but raised and breed in Malaysia.

13 Cut down bureaucracy and create a new, lean and transparent government that is RAKYAT FRIENDLY.

14 Provide more traininng and education opportunities for the forgotten communities, ie early drop out, urband or rural poor, single mom, etc
Empower the marginalised community with education

15 BRING BACK THE MODERATE MUSLIM NATION WE USED TO BE

16 EMPOWER MORE WOMEN IN OUR NATION BUILDING, POLICY MAKING AND EXECUTION!

17 INVOLVE MALAYSIANS IN POLICY & DECISION MAKING. We can emulate how the Swiss are doing! I am married to a Swiss and could see how efficient the country is run when the citizens are involved directly in policy making.

18 Clean up our electorate and EC! All Malaysians above 21 years old should be a voter AUTOMATICALLY! Make voting hassle free for Malaysians overseas or postal voters!

19 Introduce elections for local city council or municipal! This will ensure all our cities or towns are better managed!

    Thanks for reading Tun.
Thanks for being a great loving father to all MALAYSIANS
Please rest well and do not overwork as you are now 93 TUN!

We all love you very much and will be working together with TUN to rebuild this beautiful nation, our beloved MALAYSIA

    best regards
    Ashley Pang and family

Malaysia has more than sufficient universities. The issue at hand is the curriculum, the passion and ability to educate, and students prepared to be educated. The first three are obviously missing.

Our country needs a structural change in the education system. Therein lies the opportunities to achieve competitiveness to drive economic development. But such change cannot occur until the leadership recognizes that in building human resource capacity, success comes only with learning, and not by altering the results to show achievement for certain race.

NEP and Ketuanan Melayu simply destroyed the technical and administrative advantages the British imparted from their colonization – just compare the standings of UM before NEP came into play.

NEP did bring benefits for many but it wrecked havoc to the structural competitiveness of the country. If there is true passion for progress, NEP must now be focused on the poor, not on race and the civil service needs to be enhanced by attracting capable administrators rather than just ensuring places for bumiputras.

With the benefit of hindsight of where Malaysia has failed, surely Tun has an incredible opportunity to place in an unforgettable legacy for our children. That lies the hope of many.

MP can form a government not based on party. MP that won majority votes should be selected to represent the government for minister post. Remember all MP is selected by rakyat. Ruling country based on party is unfair and biased. Not the wining party form the government because this cause non performers also become ministers due to monopoly that is not Democratic. Priority should be given for MP that won majority vote to form the government. I have done working paper how to simulate Malaysia economy growth. Need to submit to Dr. M but not sure how to meet him. Hope I can contact him and submit the working paper.

In order to win the election Dr Mahatahir should talk on how he will transform Malaysia to developed country. He should just mention that he has several strategy to develop our nation maybe by 2020 or 2030. In 2020 maybe cannot achieve due to damage done by Najib. Dr. Mahathir should be PM just for one term to fine tune and put back all the policy in track including education system and monetary policy. Dr Mahathir should come out with new policy. Not the winning party to form a government but all the MP can be selected to form a government. This mean all party has responsibility. I think Mahathir should talk about new strategy that he will lead including non Malays for Mentri Besar and his plan to develop economic growth stop stalking about UMNO or BN or Najib it all useless start working on your government and explain to rakyat your plan. Dr. M can do, very capable man. From Economist

    Dear Tun

I am trying to get in touch with you for an interview session. It is regarding a research paper I am working on, on Malaysia’s involvement in Antarctica, which began with your intervention at the UNGA in the 1980s. If you could oblige me with some of your time for this, I will be very grateful. Thank you.

Jews, Christians, and Muslims are Abrahamic religions, all come from the same root.

Fighting among one another of the same family tree or even the encouragement of fighting itself is act of terror.

We Malaysian are not allowed to visit Israel, I know ZERO about Israel, and I thought Muslims in Israel are badly suppressed like the Rohingya in Myanmar.

How many Muslims do you think are there is Israel? My best guess was ZERO.
How many mosques do you think are there is Israel? My best guess was ZERO.

I was wrong! 17.4% of Israel population is Muslims. And there are 19 major mosques in Israel.

I search Youtube for Muslims in Israel and saw video of Muslims living in harmony with the Jews.

My perceptions about Israel were wrong, I was brainwashed; I was propagandized.

    Not anymore.

May peace be upon our earth.

  74. Mr Norse Viking Apr 25,2017 6:47 PM

I was seeing a video where you really spelled out the truth about the jews.

I think this is very admirable and I think it is time for all Christians and Muslims to instead of fighting each other fight together against the real enemy. The jew.

Anyway, i think a guy like you should get the (((noble prize))) but unfortunally that will never happen unless we change the world to a better place.

    Use your power Wisely!

    Best to all of you!

    Dear Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad,

As-Salaamu ‘Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu.

I am one of many admirers of the noble and courageous career, voice, benevolence and life-mission that you have so gracefully dedicated to the noblest cause of Universal Justice and Human Rights. You are one of the last remaining True Leaders that the world — especially the Muslim world — can look up to, especially when no avenues of Justice remain open in our current world.

I write to you today to bring your kind attention to the very serious and unique case of a real life righteous man whom the system has been oppressing and suppressing till date — Mr. Brendon O’Connell. His unique case has unprecedented global repercussions, with regards to the sheer horror humanity will face if the Ummah fails to do anything in support of his case.

Brendon is the only gentleman on the planet to have been unjustly imprisoned and tortured in his own country [Australia] by the Israeli/ Talmudic mafia that claims to rule virtually the whole world by now. He was compelled to flee Western Australia, and is now [temporarily] in Malaysia, trying to fight his case and win his life back.

    https://isolatebutpreserve.blogspot.ca/2016/11/israel-greatest-spy-machine-of-all-time.html

I appeal to you, in utmost humility and the highest humanitarian plea, to [please] grant your strongest and kindest support to Brendon and his case [in every way that you deem possible] through your gracious and most influential capacity, to ensure the justice as well as [mass-] attention and support he rightly needs and deserves.

For years, he has been suppressed and isolated in every manner imaginable. And the outcome of your kind intervention/ help could easily lead to no less than a monumental and historic victory for humanity over [centuries of] injustice.

Brendon had, in effect, taken an exemplary stand for Muslims, against the oppressing Jews. It is most unfortunate that no Muslim has done anything for him when he faced the torturous consequences of such a noble stance and action — except the one Muslim brother called Mustafa Atieh https://isolatebutpreserve.blogspot.ca/2014/11/death-threats-made-against-local-muslim.html whose life and family got destroyed thereafter, and who kept getting dragged to court (and again on this Friday, 24 February 2017).

Sir, you are the only exemplary person on the globe, in our time, that one could think of appealing to under such oppressive/ tyrannical circumstances, since you are the only person who had officially and legally prosecuted the oppressive regime of [Anglo-Judeo-Imperial] Israel, in front of this whole world full of compromised, expedient, corrupt and timid psyches. We thus request you to kindly intervene — similarly masterfully — in this particular case (which will have extensive and multifaceted global, political and humanitarian outcomes).

Brendon represents those very best of human souls who have been subjected to the most inhumane overt and Covert abuse and torture by the Satanic Supranational System of [self-proclaimed-Jewish] usurpers and criminals that claim to rule our world, today! Countless Muslims have died drowning in their solitary pains and tears since 9/11. And all those [of us] souls that Brendon represents will be Eternally grateful to you for your kind, courageous and gracious help.

Helpless souls eagerly look forward to your kindest consideration and grace, thereto.

    Warmest Regards and Salaam,

    Yours Sincerely,

You Tun put food on every Malay and Malaysians table. I have to admit that. I praise you.

Govt of today is a family of thieves. Nazir Razak is one, a hidden thief and so is the whole family. Its difficult to catch one that pretends.

I saw Muhiyddin’s speech. He could bring the change. But he has to go with Mukhriz to the rural people and talk to them. Bersih 5 has done their bit.

Najib is stupid, all thieves will be caught. Precedent has been set. GOD is GREAT. Example of today is the US. The evil Hillary Clinton lost. Hillary killed 1.2 million Arabs for Bush, Bill and Obama’s glory. She wont’ hurt you if you paid protection money.

    Why kill Gadaffi?
    Why kill Sadam?

    Hurt Crimea?, hurt Ukraine?
    Hurt Yemen?, Hurt Syria?

The rest paid money…S Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Emirates, Morocco, Oman
    and more.

Malaysia has got 3 powerful races with each having their own expertise.
    Unfortunately UMNO killed it.

Tun. The US as needs us. Make contact with Trump and explain to him the situation we are in. Tun only you can do it. Take Mukhriz along.

Assalamualaikum Tun Mahathir, I read your book Malay Dilemma when I was a teenager…after 36 year from the day I read your book, what you have expressed your worries and concerns are now become a reality…I remembered joining UMNO and attended a training session at camp Ghafar Baba in Ulu Klang in 1988…After the gruelling team building and ala commando trainning session, at that time, Dato Najib, gave a closing talk to boost the Malay spirit and what UMNO desired to be in the near future. Everything unfold after Dato Sri Najib become PM and both Dato Sri Najib and Tun Mahathir vision and mission for the Malay is at a across road..the clash of the titans..because I was so engrossed with both of your idealism till I was carried away seeing both of you in my dream…as a Muslim, bad dream we are advised not to reveal but spit on our left side 3 times and ask ALLAH’s protection from satan’s bad intention…there is still hope to save Malaysia from becoming a state of anarchy or worst like Philipine during Marcos and Imelda time…Bersatu is a life boat for Malaysia and let other BN components except UMNO to quickly get on board the Bersatu life boat to sail away from the disaster island of terror and lawless state UMNO current leaders have created. Any UMNO members who have weak hearts and love the tyranny and corrupted mindset leadership; leave them behind as hyprocrites are a dangerous breed to associate with. Tun Mahathir political will to bury the hatchet with Dato Sri Anwar is lauded and emotionally motivated to others and this is a spritual Islamic mindset to give and forget the past to save Malaysia for Malaysian…lets hold hands and work together in harmony with all races in our way back to to place Malaysia in the world map and wipe out the bad name Malaysia is suffering from and we as Malaysian should strive harder and smarter to make Malaysia a country we are a proud to be a Malaysian…InshaAllah…Happy celebration Eid Adha to Tun Mahathir and family members…Azman Bin Abd Wahab

Menetapkan 3 tahap impak TPPA – Hijau, Kuning dan Merah (seperti lampu i
syarat trafik).

    Tun

You are absolutely right to remind the new Bloggers and some LKY sympathisers that it is only proper and right to comment on your topics on this distinguished Blog and not to attack personally those they disagree with, like me.

Take the case of my defence of the Prime Ministers.

” I still say that the closest aides were responsible for all the scandals which were allegedly blamed on our beloved Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad and our Distinguished and Honourable Dato Seri Najib bin Tun Abdul Razak.” This is the truth because no person should be judged guilty until proven in the Courts of Law.

And I could produce 3 real pieces of evidence how the closest aides abused the trust and goodwill which the Prime Ministers had in them.

And also, one and only huge scandal which did not happen, because it was aborted before it reached the point of no return unlike all the others.

With the apparent new dimension in Malaysian Politics, your distinguished Blog is now flooded by Opposition hard-core members or Singaporean spies who collectively attacked me personally eg. The aka TWOG, isayso, wajaperak, ilioni, faridini, balance – The Magnificent Seven. Vide. The New Straits Times Streets Central Supplement Page 8. March 8, 2014. Singaporean spies in technicolour.

Tun, of course you know that these Opposition hard-core members are only wasting their time and show their vulgarity by attacking me.

But this new form of Opposition tactic will fail because of their exclusivity in using their attacking powers like a shotgun which shoots at nothing or the wrong target like me.

And their ultimate aim is to pretend they suppport you to break up UMNO. We were not born yesterday.

MALAYSIA BOLEH ! MALAYS BOLEH ! MALAYSIANS BOLEH ! ONLY UMNO CAN BOLEH !

Yes, good idea jamiek. Better to get somebody influential to launch the National Police Reporting Day so that the entire nation who are concern about the well-being of Malaysia could all go to any police station and make a police report. If the response is overwhelming, it could be a first step to save Malaysia.

    Ibrahim

  92. Ibrahim Albahar Aug 29,2015 4:58 PM

Vital Evidence 1– For years Najib had been keeping the large amount of money in his account without telling even the former DPM. Had it not been for the leakage of this top secret, he would obviously continue to keep the money as his personal because it is in his personal account. I believe UMNO MT was not even aware of this for years. This is extremely bad which raised suspicion of personal interest over national interest.

Vital Evidence 2– Investigation is unnecessary. Najib knows every thing but purposely remain secretive for a long time indicating strong possibility of foul play and cover up.

Vital Evidence 3– Nobody will ever be honest to declare to the bank extremely huge amount of money transaction to a personal account as illegal money. To convince the bank appropriate word will have to be carefully selected to make it acceptable to the bank. Until today, the nature of this suspicious banking transaction remain a top level secret.

It is extremely vital for the nation that National interest has to be far above personal interest. If this is not the case, Malaysia will be in serious trouble. Something great need to be immediately done to save Malaysia

    Ibrahim (Anak Malaysia)

    Assalamualikum,

Tun, may I suggest that you start a nation-wide singature champange using various methods (electronic and others) in every state to remove Najib from office. If the response is overhelming which I believe so will generate a greater effort and effective force to compel him to step down. The masses can be very effective.

KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 5 — Datuk Zaid Ibrahim suggested today that Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin and the opposition join forces to hold a mammoth rally with at least 100,000 participants to protest against Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak amid the 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) controversy.

The former de facto law minister said former prime minister Dr Mahathir and Muhyiddin, who was recently removed as deputy prime minister, together with PKR president Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail, Selangor Mentri Besar Azmin Ali and Harapan Baru chief Mohamad Sabu, should stand together at the rally to declare that, despite their political differences, they will unite to “save” Malaysia.

“Nothing is more urgent than the ‘rakyat’ showing the courage to assemble the way Philippine people power brought Ferdinand Marcos to book and how everyday Indonesians rallied against Suharto,” Zaid wrote on his blog, referring to the former Philippine and Indonesian presidents who were overthrown over their dictatorial rule.

“These leaders should not allow those who steal and plunder the nation’s wealth to get away,” he added, referring to Dr Mahathir, Muhyiddin and opposition leaders.

“They must show the people the power of solidarity against corruption and the abuse of power. They must restore our faith in our police and our Attorney-General’s Chambers,” said Zaid.

Amid the controversy over corruption allegations involving 1MDB, the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) came out Tuesday to say that the RM2.6 billion in Najib’s personal bank account did not come from the state-owned fund, but was a donation instead. The identities of the donors were not specified.

Najib also dropped his deputy Muhyiddin and Umno vice-president Datuk Seri Shafie Apdal from Cabinet last week, both of whom had been publicly critical of the government’s handling of the 1MDB controversy.

Tan Sri Gani Patail, who had been leading an inter-agency task force investigating 1MDB, was also suddenly dropped as Attorney-General, while four BN members of the parliamentary Public Accounts Committee (PAC) were appointed to the Cabinet, causing its own 1MDB probe to be suspended and interviews with 1MDB executives delayed.

“Now, it seems that Bank Negara Governor Tan Sri Dr Zeti Akhtar Aziz and her officers might be next on the hit list,” said Zaid.

“Malaysia has become a basket case managed by ministers and civil servants who seem completely uninterested in defending the institutions of government. They appear to be interested only in ‘cover-ups’ and have redefined everything from corruption to ‘activities detrimental to parliamentary democracy’ to suit themselves. They are only loyal to Najib,” he said.

Several protesters at a rally last weekend calling for Najib’s resignation were arrested under Section 124B of the Penal Code over their alleged involvement in activities detrimental to parliamentary democracy, an offence punishable with a 20-year jail term.

“Let’s show the ‘rakyat’ that we, the politicians, can unite across party lines to save the country – even if it’s for just a day. This can be the historic moment that, finally, sparks the movement for true unity in our land,” said Zaid.

Bersih 2.0 is also planning to stage a two-day rally in the city this August 29.

    Assalamualaikum Tun,
You did a great contribution to this nation and continue doing it. But it looks like your contributions are being destroyed by government of your beloved party? Do you think it is still relevant to hold on to your love for the party- which the people and system of it doing less good and more bad to the nation? Do you have any hope still that Vision 2020 is achievable?

There are leaders and many patriots of such calibre. I am and always be proud to say I am Malaysian, always was, is and always will be.

    Dear Tun
I dont believe all of Malaysia’s problems are caused by yourself as often accused of. However you have to bear responsibility for being the chief architect of the system you created that has now created a breed of extremely mediocre politicians that are called our leaders !!! They are doing a good job leading us to oblivion. Your pain in the poem is palpable and your desire to see a change for the better is shared by all. But in seeking to perpetuate the rule through another useless mediocre leader in BN , your selfish interest in self-preservation is all too naked to be seen.
The best of the minds and brains are no longer in UMNO/BN. PLEASE do your part to safe this country but not with the rotten to the core BN . PLEASE be magnanimous and rope in the brightest of the young this country has. PLEASE stop the race and religion based politics that is tearing this country apart as the looters go about their job.
PLEASE REPAIR THIS COUNTRY AND RETURN IT TO THE PATH OF GLORY THAT HAS BEEN DENIED THROUGH THE WASTED YEARS.
YOU CAN DO IT !!!!!MAHATHIR BOLEH
    A hopeful Doctor

    Hi Tun,

Will the scandal on 1MDB affect the economy in Malaysia? If so please help to save Malaysia. Reading this at http://limsiansee.blogspot.com/2015/07/jho-low-prince-turki-and-najib-photos.html I am not sure who is the liar now.

Just that I want to have a better Malaysia.

    Assallam Tun,

    Mohon komen Tun.

    Terima kasih.

  112. Nusantara Jul 6,2015 2:35 PM

We hope Tun can comments on the recent WSJ report on Najib alleged of keeping USD $700 million of the rakyat money in his AM Bank account. Thank you Tun.

  113. alex7877 Jun 18,2015 6:02 PM

Yeah.. Jamiek your concern are true! I just made a comment and hope I will not get into trouble too. As Malaysian, I feel its time for us to stand up.
Looks like worst than the old Macau in the 70s going to happen..

  114. jamiek Jun 12,2015 12:22 PM

    Hello,

Can I file a police report based on Tun Mahathir’s blog on 1MDB and request the police and MACC to conduct an investigation into possible abuse of power by the PM and be also not afraid of censure?
Can the Government guarantee our safety? Can the voice of the Rakyat be heard without fear? I do not hope to be crucified or killed la Teo Beng Hock style…
I am sure that many citizens want to help Tun Mahathir and the only logical step is to have as many people turning up at the police stations to make a police report for the possible abuse of power by the PM over the matter of 1MDB..
